About the Role A leading company in construction and contracting (MAB United For Trading & Contracting) is seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on baseline scheduling, project monitoring, delay analysis, and time management across large-scale projects

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing baseline programs and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitoring progress, updating schedules, and developing recovery and acceleration programs
• Performing delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
• Supporting Extension of Time (EOT) claims with required contractual documentation
• Preparing monthly progress reports, productivity analysis, and forecasting
• Coordinating with commercial and construction teams to ensure smooth progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 5-7 years of planning experience in construction contracting, with mandatory experience in MEP projects and Civil projects
• GCC Experience: Mandatory experience on large or mega projects within the GCC
• Location: Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred; candidates outside KSA may also be considered
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Power BI, and advanced Excel reporting is a strong plus
