تعلن Hyatt Place في العلا عن فرصة عمل لقائد فريق نظم المعلومات (Team Leader-Information System) لدعم افتتاح الفندق الجديد، حيث سيتولى الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لتقنية المعلومات وضمان موثوقية وأمن وأداء البنية التحتية التكنولوجية للفندق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية لفريق تقنية المعلومات وتنسيقها
- ضمان سير العمل بسلاسة للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في الفندق، بما في ذلك الخوادم والشبكات والأجهزة والبرمجيات
- تقديم الدعم الفني لزملاء الفندق وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات في الوقت المناسب
- مراقبة أداء وأمن أنظمة تقنية المعلومات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة
- دعم تركيب وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة الحاسوب والطابعات ومعدات الاتصالات وأجهزة الشبكات
- التنسيق مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات لصيانة الأنظمة والترقيات والدعم الفني
- ضمان تنفيذ النسخ الاحتياطية المنتظمة للبيانات وتحديثات النظام وإجراءات الأمن السيبراني
- الحفاظ على توثيق تقنية المعلومات وسجلات الأصول والمخزون
- الامتثال لمعايير Hyatt لتقنية المعلومات وسياسات أمن المعلومات والإجراءات التشغيلية
- دعم التجهيزات التقنية والجاهزية التشغيلية قبل الافتتاح
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في عمليات تقنية المعلومات، ويفضل في بيئات الفنادق أو الضيافة
- معرفة قوية بأجهزة الحاسوب والبرمجيات والشبكات وأنظمة التشغيل
- خبرة في أنظمة تقنية الفنادق وأنظمة إدارة الفنادق (PMS) تعتبر ميزة إضافية
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة
- مهارات تواصل جيدة ومهارات تعامل مع الآخرين
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية

Your Role
As the Team Leader-Information System, you’ll oversee the daily IS operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the hotel’s technology infrastructure while supporting all departments with efficient IT services and maintaining operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the IT team
- Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software
- Provide technical support to hotel colleagues and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
- Monitor the performance and security of IT systems and implement corrective actions when required
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, telecommunication equipment, and network devices
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance, upgrades, and technical support
- Ensure regular data backups, system updates, and cybersecurity measures are implemented
- Maintain IT documentation, system inventories, and asset records
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt IT standards, information security policies, and operational procedures
- Support pre-opening IT setup and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT operations, preferably within hotels or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Experience with hotel technology systems and property management systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills
