تعلن شركة Fugro عن توفر وظيفة ميكانيكي هيدروليك (Hydraulic Mechanic) في تبوك، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الميكانيكي مسؤول عن تشخيص وإصلاح وصيانة محركات الديزل والأنظمة الهيدروليكية ومعدات الحفر المستخدمة في عمليات التعدين والحفر. يضمن الميكانيكي أقصى درجات توفر المعدات وسلامتها وأدائها من خلال الصيانة المناسبة واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وإصلاح محركات الديزل في المعدات الثقيلة ومنصات الحفر.
- استكشاف الأنظمة الهيدروليكية وإصلاحها بما في ذلك المضخات والمحركات والصمامات والاسطوانات.
- إصلاح وصيانة معدات الحفر والضواغط والآلات المساعدة.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية على منصات الحفر.
- تشخيص مشاكل أنظمة الوقود بما في ذلك الحاقنات ومضخات الوقود والمرشحات.
- فحص وإصلاح المعدات الهيدروليكية.
- استكشاف مشاكل السخونة الزائدة وفقدان الضغط وتدفق الزيت غير الطبيعي وإصلاحها.
- إجراء إصلاحات الأعطال الميدانية والصيانة الطارئة.
- استبدال المكونات التالفة مثل السدادات والمحامل والخراطيم الهيدروليكية.
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الخدمة والصيانة.
- ضمان أن جميع الأعمال تتبع إجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمحركات الديزل وأنظمة المعدات الثقيلة.
- خبرة في المضخات الهيدروليكية والمحركات وصمامات التحكم.
- القدرة على تشخيص مشاكل السخونة الزائدة وفقدان الضغط وتدفق الزيت في النظام الهيدروليكي.
- معرفة بمعدات الحفر.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات التشخيص ومعدات اختبار الضغط.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية.
- خبرة في المعدات: منصات الحفر، مولدات الديزل، أنظمة القدرة الهيدروليكية، ضواغط الهواء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ميكانيكي ديزل أو ميكانيكي معدات ثقيلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في العمل على منصات الحفر أو المعدات الثقيلة.
- خبرة في الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والمضخات.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على الحصول على رخصة قيادة.
- ظروف العمل: العمل في مواقع حفر نائية أو في الورشة، التعرض للحرارة والغبار والضوضاء والآلات الثقيلة.

Job Description
The heavy equipment diesel mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and drilling equipment used in Mining, and drilling operations. The mechanic ensures maximum equipment availability, safety, and performance through proper maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair diesel engines on heavy equipment and dill rigs Troubleshoot hydraulic systems including pump, motors, valves, and cylinders Repair and maintain drilling equipment, compressors, and support machinery Perform preventative maintenance on drill rigs Diagnose fuel systems problems including injectors, fuel pumps and filters. Inspect and repair hydraulic equipment Troubleshooting overheating, pressure loss, and abnormal hydraulic flow issues. Perform field breakdown repairs and emergency maintenance Replace worn components like seals, bearings, hydraulic hoses Read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical schematics Maintain service and maintenance reports Ensure all work follows safety and operational procedures

Required Technical Skills.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy equipment systems.
- Experience with hydraulic pumps, motors, and control valves.
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic overheating, pressure loss and flow issues
- Knowledge of drilling equipment
- Experience using diagnostic tools and pressure testing equipment
- Ability to read hydraulic and mechanical diagrams.
- Drill rigs
- Diesel generators
- Hydraulic power systems
- Air compressors.
- Diesel mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic certification
- 3-7 years’ experience working with drill rigs or heavy equipment
- Experience with hydraulic systems and pumps
- Be able to communicate in English
- Be able to obtain a driver’s license.
- Work in remote drilling sites or workshop
- Exposure to heat, dust, noise and heavy machinery
