ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all technical aspects related to landscaping, hardscaping, levels and all finishing works for the areas surrounding the road.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Main descriptions of the job position:

• Technical control of all architectural works and finishes as well as coordination with all other discipline specialists and with the persons responsible for quality control.
• Amplifies or resolves design issues, where possible, or coordinates design issues with home office support.
• Advises, technically, on design changes.
• Assessment and reporting technically on any Value Engineering proposals.
• Oversees and coordinates the Reviews of the Contractor’s technical submissions, shop drawings
• Review of all Contractor’s relevant drawings, schedules, or materials submittals to ensure compliance with the overall aesthetic and planning objectives of the design concepts of the project.
• Coordination with Technical Disciplines.
• Function as point of contact between the architectural department and the Technical Manager.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with the relevant specialty Landscaping and/or equivalent work experience.
• Applicable Experience: over 15 years in project management, particularly in mega construction projects, with a focus on onsite landscaping, mainly as a Consultant. Candidates with exclusive contractors experience will not be taken into consideration.
• At least experience in 1 or more projects of ROADS. Candidates without clear ROAD experience will not be taken into consideration.
• Understanding of construction, design and engineering principles.
• Understanding of local regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.
• Willingness to work in a multinational environment firm.

Additional requirements:

• Transferable Iqama in case of non-Saudi.
• Based in Riyadh.
• Valid SCE membership.
