نبذة عن الوظيفة
كشريك سلامة المرضى، ستكون مسؤولاً عن دعم تنفيذ وصيانة والإشراف على نظام التيقظ الدوائي المحلي للفرع/الدولة المعينة، لضمان نظام فعال ومتوافق مع متطلبات روش العالمية والمتطلبات القانونية/التنظيمية المحلية للتيقظ الدوائي، وحماية ترخيصنا للعمل. كما ستساهم في تنفيذ استراتيجيات سلامة المرضى المحلية وضمان تنفيذ عالي الجودة لحلول السلامة العالمية والمحلية، مع إظهار القيادة في الملكية والتعاون واتخاذ القرار ضمن المسؤوليات الموكلة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كنائب محلي لـ QPPV في المملكة العربية السعودية، والمسؤولية عن تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسلامة ضمن نظام التيقظ الدوائي بالشراكة مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات روش العالمية والمتطلبات التي تفرضها الهيئة التنظيمية المحلية.
- الإشراف على تقارير السلامة الفردية للحالات، اكتشاف الإشارات وإدارتها للمنتجات المحلية، تقارير السلامة التجميعية، اتفاقيات التيقظ الدوائي (PVA, SDEAs)، إدارة المخاطر والتواصل بشأن السلامة (مثل التواصل المباشر مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية، تدابير تقليل المخاطر، قضايا السلامة الناشئة)، الدراسات والبرامج والمشاريع الأخرى ذات الآثار على التيقظ الدوائي، ووسم السلامة والالتزامات بالتيقظ الدوائي، وملف النظام الرئيسي للتيقظ الدوائي المحلي.
- المساهمة في صياغة لوائح التيقظ الدوائي في الدولة والنظام البيئي الأوسع للتيقظ الدوائي حسب الاقتضاء.
- التعاون ودعم تنفيذ حلول السلامة وأنشطة الاستعداد للإطلاق لضمان معالجة احتياجات إدارة مخاطر سلامة المرضى لمحفظة روش في الدولة.
- حسب الاقتضاء، المساعدة في تحديد ومشاركة رؤى السلامة من خلال فهم مجالات الأمراض والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- دعم إدارة المخاطر والتواصل بشأن السلامة: دعم استراتيجية إدارة المخاطر على مستوى الدولة لتحسين نتائج المرضى بالتعاون مع الشبكات المعنية، وضمان تواصل شفاف ومتوافق مع متطلبات التيقظ الدوائي للأطراف الخارجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في تخصص صحي (مثل PharmD، صيدلة، إلخ).
- رخصة صيدلي سارية من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
- 1-3 سنوات خبرة في التيقظ الدوائي، ويفضل في بيئة فرعية.
- فهم عملية اتخاذ القرار في نظام التيقظ الدوائي المحلي والعالمي.
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة سابقة في وظائف طبية أخرى بالفرع (مثل الشؤون الطبية، العمليات السريرية، المعلومات الطبية) أو وظائف عالمية مثل السلامة السريرية.
- المواطنة السعودية مفضلة.

You will also Support the execution of Affiliate’s Patient Safety (APS) strategies, ensuring high-quality implementation of global and local safety solutions, while demonstrating leadership in ownership, collaboration, and decision-making within assigned responsibilities.

- Act as the Local QPPV Deputy in Saudi Arabia, and be responsible for the Execution of safety-related activities relevant to the PV (Pharmacovigilance) system through partnership with key stakeholders guaranteeing adherence to global Roche requirements and requirements mandated by the local Regulatory Authority.
Individual Case Safety Reports, Signal Detection & Signal Management for Local Products, Aggregate safety reports, Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVA, SDEAs), Risk Management and Safety Communication (e.g., Direct Healthcare Professional Communication, Risk Minimization Measures, emerging safety issues), Studies, Programs and other projects with PV implications, Safety Labeling and PV Commitments and (Local) Pharmacovigilance System Master File
- Contribute to shaping country PV regulations and the broader country pharmacovigilance ecosystem as applicable.
- Collaborate and support in the implementation of safety solutions and launch readiness activities to ensure that patient safety risk management needs are addressed for Roche portfolio in the country.
- As applicable, support in Identifying and sharing safety insights by understanding disease areas and engaging with key stakeholders
- Support risk management and safety communication: Support the country-level risk management strategy to optimize patient outcomes in collaboration within relevant networks and ensure compliant and transparent PV communications (e.g., DHPCs) to relevant external stakeholders.
- Degree in healthcare-related discipline (e.g., PharmD, Pharmacy. etc.)
- Licensed pharmacist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
- 1-3 years experience in pharmacovigilance, ideally in an affiliate setting
- Understanding of decision-making in the local & global PV ecosystem
- Advantage: Experience in other affiliate medical functions (e.g., Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Medical Information) or global functions such as Clinical Safety
- A Saudi national is preferred
