Oneira Talent Solutions is partnered with a well-established financial institution in the region. Our client is expanding its Saudi coverage across Fixed Income, Structured Products, Sukuk and broader wealth solutions, and is hiring senior coverage professionals to lead that expansion from Riyadh.

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating mandate covering the Kingdom's most significant private capital pools: prominent family offices, HNWIs and major corporate treasuries.

Candidates are considered at Manager, Vice President or Director level.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop relationships with leading family offices, HNWIs and corporate treasuries across the Kingdom
• Originate and grow a distribution book across GCC credits, sovereign and corporate bonds, Sukuk, structured products and private debt.
• Work with product, structuring and trading colleagues to design and present appropriate credit and structured solutions.
• Own the commercial relationship end to end.
• Contribute market commentary, client presentations and pipeline reporting, and act as a senior point of contact for the platform with family office principals, investment heads and treasury decision-makers.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in private banking, wealth management or treasury sales at Manager level; 7-12 or more years at VP or Director level.
• An existing network of decision-makers across domestic family offices, HNWI/UHNWIs, capital markets firms, corporates and treasury desks.
• Product knowledge across Fixed Income, Structured Products and Sukuk is ideal, although relationships will take priority over product experience.
• Based in Saudi Arabia currently.
• Business fluency in English and Arabic.
