المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية بما في ذلك تسجيل قيود اليومية وإعداد الفواتير والحفاظ على دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- إدارة حسابات القبض والدفع والمطالبات البنكية وتسوية حسابات الميزانية العمومية.
- دعم أنشطة الإقفال الشهري والسنوي.
- إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير والمساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية.
- ضمان الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية والمعايير المحاسبية السارية.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية ودعم عمليات التدقيق والمساعدة في تحسين العمليات والضوابط المالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في بيئة شركات أو مشاريع، ويفضل في المنطقة.
- شهادة مهنية (مثل CPA أو CMA أو SOCPA) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الالتزام بالسلوك الأخلاقي والسرية والالتزام بسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أساس قوي في مبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية وإدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة وبرنامج Excel والقدرة على العمل بدقة وكفاءة مع البيانات المالية.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in the Riyadh Region. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording journal entries, preparing invoices, and maintaining the general ledger. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role will also involve preparing financial statements and reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, support audits, and help improve financial processes and controls.

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with the ability to work with financial data accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide clear, data-driven insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SOCPA) is a plus.
- Experience working in a corporate or project-based environment, preferably in the region, is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
