About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Healthcare Software Implementation Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of RLDatix’s software solutions within our client organizations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the technical team and healthcare clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, healthcare knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly contribute to improved healthcare safety and quality, while also developing their expertise in healthcare technology systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, software implementation, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in healthcare software systems, databases, and integration tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites for on-site implementations and training sessions.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of RLDatix software solutions at client sites, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the implementation process accordingly.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions to healthcare staff on the use of new systems, ensuring user adoption and proficiency.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve any integration or technical issues during and after deployment.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new features to continuously improve implementation strategies.
