المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من مشروبات القهوة الساخنة والباردة والمشروبات المتخصصة الأخرى وفقاً لوصفات الشركة ومعاييرها.
- تشغيل وصيانة معدات القهوة بشكل يومي.
- ضمان تحضير الطعام والمشروبات بشكل سليم، والحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل.
- إعادة تخزين المستلزمات والمواد الخام عند الحاجة.
- استقبال الضيوف، أخذ الطلبات، ومعالجة المدفوعات مع تقديم خدمة عملاء ودودة وفعّالة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات في تحضير المشروبات وتشغيل معدات القهوة الأساسية (barista skills).
- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل الفعّال مع الضيوف والزملاء.
- مهارات واضحة في التواصل لأخذ الطلبات والتنسيق مع الفريق ومعالجة احتياجات الضيوف.

- يفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في المقاهي أو محلات القهوة أو بيئة المطاعم.
- القدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة، وإدارة مهام متعددة، والعمل في نوبات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- مهارات حسابية أساسية للتعامل مع النقد وأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) - ميزة إضافية.
