Client Executive - Residences

Riyadh · Full-time · Saudi nationals only · Multiple positions

Manara is hiring several Client Executives to join our residences team 

in Riyadh.

You'll be the person our clients meet first. Foreign executives relocating 

to Riyadh, families landing from London and Paris, couples looking for the 

right compound. You'll show them the city, the communities, the homes. 

You'll make sure everything runs beautifully from the first viewing to the 

first coffee in their new kitchen.

This is a founding-team hire in a young company that's growing fast. You 

report directly to the General Manager. You're in the room where decisions 

get made, not on the outside.

What you'll do

- Meet clients, show properties, and represent Manara across our residential 

 portfolio

- Build real relationships with clients, property owners, and compound teams

- Coordinate between clients, owners, and our team from first enquiry to 

 signed lease

- Follow up with warmth and precision

- Spot new opportunities and bring them to the team

- Attend evening viewings and weekend meetings when clients need us

What we're looking for

- Saudi national with valid driving licence and comfortable driving across 

 Riyadh

- Perfect English (this is non-negotiable - our clients don't speak Arabic)

- Native or fluent Arabic

- Background in hospitality, F&B, aviation, VIP services, luxury retail, 

 or client-facing concierge work

- Warm, polished, well-presented, comfortable meeting senior professionals

- Highly organised, follow-through is second nature

- Comfortable with fast-paced work and unpredictable days

- Available evenings and weekends when needed (compensated fairly)

- Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement - we'll teach the 

 Riyadh market
