Responsibility

Based on product knowledge, we provide customers with reliable, fast, and friendly after-sales service. Create a ticket archive for all services.

1, Follow the company's management system;

2, Collect area client customer claims and technical support;

3, Sync the information to HQ in time;

4, Organize the documents and translate them into the local language;

5, Check the system online and contact clients in time;

6, Travel to the site when needed (Middle Eastern countries);

Qualifications

1, English as the working language.

2, Electrical or electronic background

3, The company's products are energy storage equipment and electric vehicle charging piles, so it is necessary to be familiar with the operating logic and principles of the products and have certain electrical engineering knowledge.

4. The company's products are all independently developed, so you need to have certain learning abilities.

Notice:

The company will pay remuneration in US dollars issued by the South African company and sign a service agreement instead of an employment contract. You need to make sure your bank card can accept US dollars. The insurance premium will be included in your salary, and you will need to purchase it yourself.
