Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the Warehouse Manager of discrepancies or stock shortages.
• Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training will be provided if needed).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space utilization and efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
