Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide evidence-based physical therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in their homes as part of Ameen Care’s on-site care model in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role includes assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and monitoring progress. The Physiotherapist will educate patients and families on home exercises, mobility techniques, and safe use of assistive devices. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating with nursing and other healthcare professionals, and adhering to company protocols and regulatory standards. The role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and respectful, culturally sensitive communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent) and a valid license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation for diverse conditions (e.g., musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical).
• Experience in home healthcare or community-based care settings, with the ability to work independently in patients’ homes while maintaining professional boundaries and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and document care clearly and accurately.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple patient visits, and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to clinical guidelines and company policies.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting; familiarity with electronic health records is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or English; knowledge of local cultural norms and practices in Riyadh is beneficial.
• Previous experience in orthopedic, geriatric, or post-operative rehabilitation is a plus.
