Logistics Officer - Tamheer Program

About the Role:

Support daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for SIM cards, Scratch Cards, and other materials.
• Support physical inventory counts and reconciles warehouse stock with Oracle Fusion records.
• Use Oracle Fusion to create, update, track, and maintain inventory and logistics transactions.
• Assist in monitoring stock movements, transfers, receipts, and issues within the warehouse.
• Support the full order cycle from order creation and processing through warehouse fulfillment and final delivery.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and warehouse transactions through Oracle Fusion.
• Assist in coordinating with suppliers, shipping agencies, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock availability and highlight potential shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse movements and transactions are properly recorded in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and logistics reports for management review.
• Monitor key operational indicators such as inventory accuracy, stock levels, order status, delivery timelines, and warehouse movements.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve warehouse, logistics, and system processes.
• Assist in maintaining accurate logistics documentation and process records.
• Perform other warehouse, logistics, and system-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
