Help lead the team at Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge that was opened in late 2007, situated in 85 Hester Avenue. Even though it is the smaller facility out of the two with 79 beds, the lodge still offers the same amount of care and services with permanent and respite care.

As a Registered Nurse with raafa, you'll provide exceptional clinical care while supporting and guiding a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes for our residents.

We Are Currently Seeking

• Registered Nurses with Monday to Friday AM and PM availability
• Registered Nurses with Monday to Friday PM and Night availability
  
  

Alongside your flexible permanent part-time relief roster, there are opportunities to pick up additional relief shifts, providing greater flexibility and the chance to increase your hours and earnings.

What is Relief work?

Relief work involves covering planned and unplanned staff absences, including annual leave, personal leave, training and periods of increased resident care needs. It's an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking additional hours while maintaining flexibility and variety in their roster.

In This Role You Will

• Coordinate resident care, assessments and care planning
• Deliver complex clinical care, including medication administration and wound management
• Monitor and respond to changing resident care needs
• Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and documentation
  
  

About You

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred aged care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
