فرصة للعمل كأخصائي عمليات الشحن الجوي (AFR) في شركة DHL Global Forwarding بمدينة جدة، منطقة مكة المكرمة. ستكون جزءًا من فريق دولي متخصص في الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري، وتساهم في إدارة سلاسل التوريد العالمية من خلال تطوير وتنفيذ خطط عمليات الشحن الجوي وضمان تدفق البضائع والمعلومات بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • نقطة الاتصال الأولى للعميل فيما يخص معلومات الشحن، إدارة الحوادث والشكاوى، الأسعار المخصصة، والمطالبات.
  • ضمان تسجيل التكاليف والإيرادات الصحيحة مقابل ملف العميل، وتحمل مسؤولية حل المشكلات البسيطة والمعقدة.
  • إدارة أنشطة مستوى الشحن بما يشمل استلام حجوزات العملاء، متطلبات التوثيق، وجميع وسائل النقل المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان إدارة الشحنات بما يتوافق مع التزام خدمة العملاء.
  • تتبع، تسجيل، تحليل، وتحسين الاستثناءات والمخالفات التشغيلية.
  • المسؤولية عن جودة عالية لبيانات الشحن.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات الامتثال التنظيمي اللازمة المتعلقة بالسلع والمواقع للشحنات.
  • توجيه و/أو تعيين الشحنات إلى الشحنات المجمعة (consol) المناسبة التي تلبي التزام خدمة العملاء وتعظيم الأرباح.
  • تحديد الشحنات الحرجة والأعمال الجديدة التي تحتاج إلى دعم إضافي/رعاية خاصة (hypercare).
  • الرد على الاستفسارات، وإعداد المعلومات لزيارات العملاء، والمشاركة في الزيارات المتعلقة بالموضوعات التشغيلية.
  • تنفيذ المهام والأنشطة مع الالتزام بإرشادات إدارة الموارد والإنتاجية للعمليات اليومية.
  • إعداد الفواتير والإشعارات المدينة والدائنة والمستندات الداعمة، وضمان دقة وتوقيت فواتير العملاء.
  • التحقيق في نزاعات الفواتير ودعم حلها.
  • حل المشكلات المتكررة، واقتراح تحسينات على العمليات بهدف زيادة الفعالية والكفاءة.
  • حل مشكلات أداء الموردين، واقتراح حلول لتحسين الأداء.
  • تقديم التوجيه الوظيفي والمشورة أو التدريب للمناصب الأقل خبرة.
  • التواصل مع الأقسام المتخصصة الأخرى والأطراف الثالثة (مثل مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين) والتأثير عليهم.
  • قد يتطلب إقناع الآخرين بقبول مفاهيم وممارسات وأساليب جديدة.
  • بناء علاقات قوية وموثوقة عبر الوظائف مع مدراء DHL.
  • فهم اهتمامات ومخاوف العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين وتقديم المشورة للمرؤوسين والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني للمدراء المباشرين والموظفين.
  • مساهم فردي قد يدير موظفين اثنين أو أقل، ويوجه عمل محترفين من المستويات الأدنى، ويدرب ويراجع عملهم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة/مؤهل معادل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.

Job Purpose:Develop and administer air freight operations plans and processes to deliver flow of goods and information across the customer’s global supply chain. Engage proactively with customers and manage shipments against the customer or delivery expectation in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

In this AFR Ops Specialist position


  • Subject matter expert who applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
  • Manage projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
  • Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as Customer first point of contact for shipment information, incident/complaint management, ad hoc pricing, and claims
  • Ensure that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile and take ownership to solve simple and complex issues
  • Administer shipment level activities including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport
  • Ensure the management of shipments in line with the customer service commitment
  • Track, record, analyze and improve exceptions/operational irregularities
  • Responsible for high shipment data quality
  • Implement necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments
  • Route and/or assign shipments to relevant consol that meets our customers service commitment and maximized our profits
  • Identify critical shipments and new business that needs extra support/hypercare
  • Answer queries, prepare information for customer visits and participate in customer visits relating to operational topics
  • Execute tasks and activities while meeting resource management and productivity guidelines for the day-to-day operations
  • Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes and necessary back-up documentation ensuring customer invoice timeliness and accuracy
  • Investigate/supports invoice disputes
  • Resolve recurring issues, and suggest enhancements to processes focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Resolve performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
  • May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions

  • Connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
  • May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees


Management Responsibilities


  • Individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees
  • May direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs
  • Coach and review the work of lower level professionals
