شركة RAAFA WA تعلن عن وظيفة Grounds Person (عامل صيانة حدائق) في قرية Cambrai Retirement Living بميريوا، غرب أستراليا. دوام كامل دائم (من الاثنين إلى الجمعة) مع بيئة عمل اجتماعية وهادفة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صيانة الحدائق والمروج والمساحات الخارجية المشتركة في القرية
- تشغيل وصيانة المعدات (جزازات، مقلمات، مناشير سلسلة)
- إزالة الأعشاب، التقليم، التغطية، التسميد وإدارة صحة النباتات
- المساعدة في تحسين المناظر الطبيعية وأعمال الصيانة العامة
- المساعدة في صيانة شبكات الري الأساسية
- الحفاظ على المناطق الخارجية نظيفة وآمنة وجذابة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في أعمال الحدائق أو صيانة المسطحات الخضراء (شرط أساسي)
- رخصة قيادة يدوية سارية المفعول
- القدرة على استخدام الأدوات والمعدات وأنظمة الري بثقة
- شهادة تشغيل المنشار السلسلي (أو الرغبة في الحصول عليها)
- موثوق، لائق بدنياً، ويحرص على السلامة

You’ll take pride in keeping our village looking its best:
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and shared outdoor spaces
- Operate and care for equipment (mowers, hedgers, chainsaws)
- Weed, prune, mulch, fertilise, and manage plant health
- Support landscaping improvements and general upkeep
- Assist with basic reticulation maintenance
- Keep outdoor areas safe, tidy, and welcoming
- Experience in grounds or garden maintenance (essential)
- Manual driver’s licence
- Confident using tools, equipment, and irrigation systems
- Chainsaw ticket (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, physically fit, and safety-focused
