Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A leading retail organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality recruitment across the business.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partner closely with business stakeholders, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire the right talent at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment and sourcing strategies aligned with business needs, workforce plans, and talent gaps.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
• Drive sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, vendors, and external talent networks.
• Ensure recruitment processes, candidate assessments, offers, and employment contracts are aligned with company policies and market benchmarks.
• Monitor recruitment performance, open vacancies, sourcing channels, cost, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Identify practical opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Support and guide the recruitment team in applying effective screening tools, interview methodologies, and selection practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Sound knowledge of sourcing tools, interview techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
