تعلن منتجعات ميرافال (Miraval Resorts & Spas) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمدرب يوغا وتأمل (Yoga and Meditation Instructor) في وجهة البحر الأحمر بالمملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيتولى قيادة تجارب حركية تحويلية تجمع بين الحركة الواعية وتمارين التنفس والتأمل والممارسات الصحية الشاملة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جلسات جماعية وفردية في اليوغا والتأمل والتاي تشي وتمارين التنفس وتشي غونغ والشفاء الصوتي والبيلاتس وغيرها من أساليب الحركة الواعية، مع تخصيص التجربة حسب احتياجات الضيوف.
- توجيه الضيوف عبر برامج حركية شخصية تركز على القوة والمرونة واليقظة والتوازن الداخلي.
- تقديم ورش عمل تعليمية حول الوضعية الصحيحة والوعي الحركي وتقليل التوتر وتقنيات توازن الطاقة.
- ضمان بيئة ترحيبية وشاملة ومحترمة ثقافياً لجميع الضيوف، مع مراعاة الخلفيات والقدرات البدنية والأهداف الصحية المختلفة.
- مواءمة جميع جلسات الحركة مع نهج ميرافال القائم على اليقظة الذهنية للرفاهية، مع دمج عناصر اكتشاف الذات والصحة العاطفية والتحول.
- الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والاحترافية وخدمة الضيوف، وضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة بعناية ودقة.
- الإشراف على الاستخدام السليم وصيانة ونظافة مساحات ومعدات الحركة، وضمان بيئة آمنة وعملية، مع الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مشكلات للقسم المعني.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الممارسات للوائح الصحة والعافية والثقافة والضيافة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على شهادة مدرب معتمد في اليوغا (RYT-200/500) أو البيلاتس أو التاي تشي أو تشي غونغ أو أي من تخصصات الحركة الواعية الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريس في منتجع صحي فاخر أو مركز retreat أو بيئة صحية شاملة.

Calificaciones
- Certified instructor in Yoga (RYT-200/500), Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or other relevant mindful movement disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching at a luxury wellness resort, retreat center, or holistic health setting.
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics, breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body integration.
- Experience working with diverse guest needs, including beginners, advanced practitioners, and those with physical limitations or specific wellness goals.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to create a calming, nurturing, and inspiring class environment that promotes relaxation, focus, and personal transformation.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire guests of all backgrounds and experience levels.
