📞 Admin / Sales Specialist

📍 Ofice Location: Deira, Dubai (Hybrid)

Classic Dance Institute is one of Dubai’s leading ballet schools, with 11 branches across Dubai and Sharjah. We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and results-driven Admin / Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

* Make 50+ follow-up calls daily.

* Book trial classes for new students.

* Convert enquiries into memberships.

* Manage leads and update the CRM (Bitrix24).

* Work with sales pipelines and follow up on all leads.

* Provide excellent customer service to parents.

Requirements

* Fluent English (spoken and written).

* Bachelor’s degree in any field.

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration not less then 2-3 years

* Confident using CRM systems (Bitrix24 experience is an advantage).

* Polite, responsible, organized, and highly focused.

* Strong communication and sales skills.

* Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Working Hours

* 6 days per week

* 8-hour shifts

* Office based in Deira, Dubai.

* Hybrid work is available on some days if productivity is maintained, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.

Salary & Benefits

* AED 4,000 basic salary

* Monthly sales bonus(AED4000-5000)

* Expected total monthly income: AED 8000-1000+, depending on the season and performance.
