تعلن شركة SAIC عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس ترددات راديوية (RF Engineer) للعمل في مدينتي الرياض والجبيل بالمملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم تركيب وتكامل أنظمة C4I للقوات البحرية الملكية السعودية (RSNF).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تحليل وتقييم أنظمة الترددات الراديوية (RF).
- إجراء مسوحات التداخل الكهرومغناطيسي (EMI) قبل التركيب لتحديد خط الأساس الحالي للتداخل.
- إجراء مسوحات ما بعد التركيب لتحديد أي تغييرات في التداخل بعد تركيب المعدات.
- إعداد تقارير ملخص EMI بعد كل مسح، تتضمن جميع نتائج التداخل وتوصيات التحسين.
- العمل مع فريق الهندسة لتصميم النظام، وتركيب البرامج، والاختبار التشغيلي للمعدات، وتقديم حلول للمجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين.
- العمل على تصنيع كابلات الاختبار والتحضير للمرحلة التالية من المشروع بين مراحل العمل.
- مراجعة مشكلات جودة الترددات، وإعداد تقارير النتائج، وتحديث الوثائق لتعكس الإجراء التصحيحي المعتمد.
- صيانة وإصلاح وإجراء فحوصات دوائر الاتصالات الوظيفية لأجهزة الراديو (UHF، VHF، HF، VSAT، UHF SATCOM، LINK-11/16) المثبتة على المنصات البرية والبحرية للقوات البحرية الملكية السعودية.
- استخدام معدات اختبار متخصصة وبرامج تشخيص موجهة بالبرمجيات لعزل الأعطال.
- إصلاح الأنظمة وفقًا للأوامر الفنية وأدلة الشركة المصنعة والإجراءات المحلية، وتنفيذ تعديلات المعدات وتركيبها وفقًا لخطط التغيير الهندسية.
- إجراء الإصلاحات واستكشاف الأخطاء على مستوى المكونات بما في ذلك التعامل مع التفريغ الكهروستاتيكي (ESD).
- اللحام باستخدام محطة عمل 3M أو مكواة لحام محمولة، وإنهاء واختبار كابلات الترددات الراديوية والألياف البصرية.
- تقديم حلول تقنية لمجموعة واسعة من المشكلات الصعبة التي يتطلب تحليل البيانات فيها تقييم عوامل قابلة للتحديد.
- التواصل المتكرر مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية والعملاء.
- تمثيل المنظمة في تقديم حلول للمشكلات التقنية الصعبة المرتبطة بمشاريع محددة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس وخمس (5) سنوات خبرة، أو يمكن اعتبار ست (6) سنوات خبرة إضافية بدلاً من الشهادة.
- الحصول على تصريح أمني نشط بمستوى سري (Secret) والقدرة على الاحتفاظ به، ويتطلب ذلك الجنسية الأمريكية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح معدات النظام (System hardware equipment installation, maintenance and repairs).
- المهارات المرغوب فيها أو الشهادات المطلوبة: الإلمام بأجهزة الراديو (UHF، VHF، HF، VSAT، KVH SATCOM، NTDS/TADIL Data Links)، والشبكات (Cisco IOS)، وأنظمة UPS (APC، Clary)، ونظام GPS، وCENTRIXS، وGCCS-M/J، وADSI، وSY-117G، وأجهزة راديو سلسلة RF7800.
- الإصلاح واستكشاف الأخطاء حتى مستوى المكونات بما في ذلك التعامل مع ESD.

- الإلمام باختبار وتكوين أجهزة KG-250 وأجهزة حماية اتصالات RF المماثلة.

The RF Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to the following Job Duties
- Demonstrated experience supporting the analysis and evaluation of Radio Frequency (RF) systems.
- Experience conducting Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) surveys before an installation to establish the current EMI baseline.
- Experience with post-installation surveys to determine any EMI changes after equipment installation.
- Experience preparing EMI Summary reports following each survey detailing all EMI findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with engineering for system design, software installation and equipment operational testing, and provide solutions for areas that might be in need of improvement.
- When in between segments of the project, work on construction of test cables and preparation for the next segment of the project.
- Review RF quality issues, report on findings, and then update documentation to reflect the approved corrective action.
- Maintain, repair, and perform functional communication circuit checks of Radio (UHF, VHF, HF, VSAT, UHF SATCOM, LINK-11/16), installed on ashore and afloat platforms of the RSNF.
- Use specialized test equipment and software-controlled diagnostics to isolate malfunctions.
- Repair systems according to technical orders, manufacturer's handbooks and local procedures. Accomplish equipment modifications and installation according to engineering change plans.
- Repairs and troubleshooting down to component level to include ESD handling.
- Soldering using a 3M workstation or portable soldering iron. RF and Fiber optic cable termination and testing.
- Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
- Represent organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years’ experience; additional six (6) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required.
- System hardware equipment installation, maintenance and repairs.
- Radio (UHF, VHF, HF, VSAT, KVH SATCOM, NTDS/TADIL Data Links), Networking (Cisco IOS), UPS (APC, Clary), GPS, CENTRIXS, GCCS-M/J, ADSI, SY-117G, and RF7800 series radios.
- Repairs and troubleshooting down to component level to include ESD handling.
- Soldering using a 3M workstation or portable soldering iron.
- Familiarity with test and configuration of KG-250 and similar RF communication protection devices.
- Fiber optic cable termination and testing.
- Familiarity with installation and configuration capabilities of the following software
- Microsoft Windows (Windows 7/10), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio), AutoCAD, ADSI, CENTRIXS, GCCS-M/J.
