Network International، أكبر شركة للتكنولوجيا المالية في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، تبحث عن مسؤول فحص وتأهيل التجار (Merchant KYC Screening/Onboarding Officer) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تأهيل التجار وصيانة حساباتهم في السعودية، بالإضافة إلى دعم المشاريع والإصدارات الجديدة والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والخارجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان معالجة جميع الطلبات الواردة للوحدة عبر التطبيقات المختلفة والرد عليها ضمن مستوى الخدمة المتفق عليه (SLA).
- مراجعة مستندات اعرف عميلك (KYC) لتجار NI والتجار المجمعين وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات.
- إجراء فحص التجار الجدد عبر أنظمة VMSS و MATCH الإلكترونية.
- القدرة على تحديد والتحقق من صحة مستندات التجار.
- تسجيل جميع بيانات التجار الجدد في نظام Way 4 وجميع الأنظمة المطلوبة لـ NI ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
- معالجة طلبات صيانة التجار المتعلقة بالبيانات الديموغرافية والحسابات وتفاصيل MSF وغيرها.
- ضمان تحديث نظام المعلومات الإدارية (MIS) المطلوب وتزويد الفرق المعنية به حسب الإجراءات.
- ضمان نقل ملفات إعداد التجار والمعالجة بوسائل آمنة، والالتزام بجميع السياسات دون رفع نقاط تدقيق.
- ضمان عدم تأثر العمل اليومي في غياب المشرف أو المدير وأن العملية لا تتعطل.
- إغلاق جميع الطلبات والاستفسارات والمشكلات اليومية من العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين وعدم ترك أي طلب معلق بعد وقت القطع.
- تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة وفقًا للامتثال والإجراءات المقررة.
- التحقق من توقيعات أو موافقات المسؤولين على نماذج الطلبات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- مهارات تواصل وتحليل وتنظيم قوية.
- روح الفريق والقدرة على التعاطف مع العميل.
- التركيز على العميل والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- العمل مع الشركاء والاستشاريين وفرق الدعم والتعليم حول الفرص الجديدة داخل العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- العمل الوثيق مع فرق المبيعات والمنتجات والتسويق والتكنولوجيا لتقديم حل شامل للعميل.
- تقديم وضمان دقة البيانات في تقارير الإنجاز اليومية والأسبوعية.

The AFU- Acquiring unit (Merchant KYC Screening/ AFU - Onboarding Officer) is primarily responsible for all Merchant Onboarding and Maintenance for all KSA merchants and clients
In addition to this, will assist projects, new releases, product updates.
Also collaborate with internal and external teams, vendors and partners to support this rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all requests received by the Unit on various applications are processed and responded within SLA.
- To review KYC documents for NI & Aggregator Merchants as per Polices and Procedure.
- New merchant screening done thru VMSS and MATCH online check.
- Ability to identify and verify merchant documents for correctness.
- AFU-Acquiring unit registers all new Merchant details in Way 4 and all NI required systems within the stipulated timelines.
- Merchant maintenance requests pertaining to merchants such as demographic, account, MSF details etc.
- Ensure required MIS is up to date and provided to their required teams as per procedures.
- Ensure that the merchant setups and processed files are transmitted via secured means. All polices are adhered and no audit points are raised.
- Ensure that there is no impact to BAU in the absence of Supervisor or Manager and process is not impaired.
- Daily requests / queries/issues from the internal and external customers should be closed and no request should be outstanding as per cut-off time.
- Ensuring that all activities are carried out as per compliance and procedures laid down.
- Authenticate the signatories or Approvals on request forms.
- University Certificate
- (2-4) years of experience
- Arabic and English - Fluent
- Strong communication, analytical skills and strong organization skills
- Team player and able to empathize with the client
- Customer focused and should be able to work under pressure
- Work with partners, consulting, support, and education on new opportunities within our customers and prospects
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client
- Submit and ensure data is accurate on daily & weekly progress reports
