Aura by Hex Trust is the private wealth business of Hex Trust. We bring institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure - custody, trading, yield, structured products - to high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices, delivered through a Relationship Manager-led model backed by an easy-to-use app.

The wealth opportunity in digital assets is one of the most underserved segments in the industry. HNW clients want exposure but lack a trusted, regulated, full-service partner. Aura fills that gap, combining the security and licensing of Hex Trust with the personal service private clients expect.

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization - all on one regulated platform.

Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.

We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to revenue, paid quarterly.

As a Relationship Manager at Aura, you'll originate and grow your own book of HNW and family office clients on a fresh platform. You'll have direct access to the full Hex Trust group - institutional products, regulated infrastructure, and senior leadership -  and real influence over product direction as we scale.

This is an early-stage hire. If you're an experienced wealth or sales professional looking to build something rather than inherit it, this is the seat.

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients , family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption
• Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further drive growth in AUM
• Lead prospect and client meetings, clearly articulating Hex Trust's value proposition and capturing feedback for continuous improvement
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client engagement
• Work with Marketing Team to identify and support activities designed to attract and activate client base
• Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance, legal, and operations
• Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service-positioning Hex Trust as a trusted partner for private clients and family offices in digital assets
• KPIs: No. of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money
  
  
  

• 5-15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services
• Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required
• Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued.
