شركة ChampionX تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي السلامة والصحة والبيئة (SHE Specialist I) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. هذه فرصة للانضمام إلى شركة تقنية عالمية تقود ابتكار الطاقة لكوكب متوازن. (علماً أن SLB استحوذت على ChampionX في 16 يوليو 2025، وسيبدأ التوظيف مع ChampionX ثم ينتقل إلى SLB ضمن التكامل المخطط له).

المهام والمسؤوليات
- اتباع سياسات السلامة لتوفير مكان عمل آمن لجميع الموظفين ودعم المبادئ التوجيهية لـ Goal Zero لتحسين أداء السلامة والصحة والبيئة والأمن بشكل مستمر.
- دعم عملية تحسين الجودة والتخطيط لاستراتيجيات تضمن عملًا خاليًا من الأخطاء من خلال 'القيام به بشكل صحيح من المرة الأولى' ونقل هذا الموقف في الأداء اليومي.
- مراقبة إجراءات السلامة والجودة والاستخدام السليم للمعدات والمواد والتركيز على تحسين ممارسات SHE في مكان العمل.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير ChampionX للسلامة والصحة والبيئة للسعودية.
- ضمان إتمام جميع التقارير المطلوبة من الجهات الحكومية والشركة (مثل خطة الاستجابة للطوارئ وإدارة الحوادث والإصابات) والتواصل مع الجهات المختصة.
- المسؤول عن خطة استمرارية الأعمال (BCP) للموقع ودعم الإدارة في خطة إدارة الأزمات (CMP).
- إدارة الامتثال لخطط وبرامج التدريب على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقديم التدريب وفقًا لسياسة الشركة ومتطلبات العملاء والجهات التنظيمية.
- فهم مكونات أنظمة إدارة SHEQ والحفاظ على بيانات دقيقة وفقًا لمتطلبات حفظ السجلات المعمول بها.
- تنفيذ وصيانة وثائق SHEQ الخاصة بالشركة مع الالتزام باللوائح المحلية للبيئة والصحة والسلامة.
- تنظيم وقيادة وإجراء التدقيقات الخارجية/الداخلية لأنظمة الإدارة المتكاملة (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات اللازمة للحفاظ على شهادات ISO 9001 و ISO 14001 و ISO 45001.
- ضمان تطبيق ممارسات إدارة الحالات للإصابات المرتبطة بالعمل وتوفير التسهيلات المعقولة للتخفيف من تفاقم الإصابات غير المرتبطة بالعمل.
- قيادة التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات وإعداد دراسات وتحليلات لأسباب الحوادث الصناعية والمخاطر الصحية لاستخدامها من قبل موظفي الشركة.
- إدارة تفتيش المرافق الإقليمية للكشف عن المخاطر المحتملة وتحديد التدابير التصحيحية أو الوقائية ومتابعة تنفيذها.
- تمثيل المنظمة في مجموعات وبرامج السلامة المجتمعية أو الصناعية.
- الإشراف على برنامج الصحة الصناعية لموظفي ChampionX.
- الإشراف على برنامج تأهيل وتقييم وسلامة المقاولين.
- إجراء و/أو المساعدة في تقييمات المخاطر وتحقيقات الحوادث والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- جمع وتحليل إحصائيات SHEQ وتقارير الحوادث وإصدار التقارير الشهرية.
- الحفاظ على سرية جميع الأمور.
- أداء مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية مع 3 سنوات خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز أو التصنيع.
- خبرة في التدقيق الداخلي وصيانة معايير ISO والوثائق والمتطلبات.
- يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- إلمام عالٍ بتطبيقات الحاسب (بما في ذلك Microsoft Office Suite والقدرة على تعلم أنظمة الأعمال الداخلية).
- مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم.
- خبرة سابقة تظهر أخلاقيات عمل قوية والقدرة على تعدد المهام.

- Observe safety and quality procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Focus on improving SHE practices in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance of local regulatory and ChampionX Safety, Health and Environmental standards for Saudi.
- Ensures timely completion of all government agency and corporate safety, health, & environmental reporting (example ERP, Incident and Injury Management etc), as well as communication with agencies and appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for site Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Supports management in Crisis Management Plan (CMP).
- Manage compliance of HSE training plans and programs and delivery training as required by company policy, customer requirements and regulatory bodies.
- Understand the components of the SHEQ Management Systems; maintain accurate data in accordance with applicable record retention requirements.
- Implement and maintain company SHEQ documents adhering to local environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Organize, Lead, and conduct external/internal audits for Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO:45001, ISO:14001).
- Ensures compliance with the requirements necessary to maintain the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
- Ensure case management practices are communicated, implemented, and followed for work related injuries and reasonable accommodations are made to mitigate aggravation of non-work-related injuries.
- Lead the investigation of incidents and injuries and prepare studies and analyses of industrial incident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel.
- Manage the inspection of regional facilities to detect existing or potential incident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented and completed.
- Represent the organization in community or industry safety groups and programs.
- Oversees the Industrial Hygiene program for the CX personnel.
- Oversees Contractor Qualification, Evaluation and Safety Program.
- Conduct and/or assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Compile and analyze SHEQ statistics and incident reports. Issue monthly reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of all matters.
- Other duties as required.
- Diploma in occupational health and safety with 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
- Experience of internal auditing and maintenance of ISO standards, documentation, and requirements.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems).
- English language skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
