• Lead and supervise day-to-day wellsite operations including well testing, drilling support, and workover activities
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with rig crew, service companies, and technical teams to deliver operations safely and efficiently
• Monitor well performance, testing data, and operational parameters in real-time
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during wellsite operations
• Ensure proper planning, execution, and reporting of testing programs and wellsite activities
• Maintain accurate daily reports and operational documentation
  
  

• 4+ years' experience in well testing, drilling, or wellsite supervision roles
• Strong operational knowledge of well testing and drilling/workover environments
• Valid well control certification (e.g., IADC or IWCF)
• Proven leadership experience in field-based operations
• Familiarity with industry HSE standards and compliance systems
• Experience working in high-activity or multi-site operations environments
