ستتولى استلام ومعالجة طلبات العملاء واستفساراتهم وشكاواهم المتعلقة بالمنتجات المطلوبة، مع الحفاظ على علاقة مستمرة مع عملاء محددين وموظفي المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم بناء المعرفة بالسوق المحدد وبيئة العميل وأنشطته واستراتيجياته وعلاماته التجارية وأسواقه ومستهلكيه عبر جميع المصادر المتاحة.
- بناء علاقات مع صانعي القرار والمؤثرين لدى العميل من خلال عقد اجتماعات منتظمة.
- تطوير فهم لمعايير اتخاذ القرار لدى العميل.
- توثيق زيارات العملاء والرؤى المستخلصة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التواصل مع العميل بشأن أهداف سلسلة التوريد وعملياتها وتنظيمها ومؤشرات أدائها.
- التشاور مع خدمة العملاء حول قضايا التوريد الرئيسية والاتفاق على خطة التواصل والتنفيذ بدعم من الإدارة المباشرة للقضايا/الحلول الأكثر تعقيدًا.
- اقتراح إدارة مثلى لرأس المال العامل (اتفاقيات شروط الدفع، متابعة حالة الذمم المدينة شهرياً والدعم/التدخل عند الحاجة).
- تأهيل فرص الأعمال بمدخلات من الابتكار والتصميم (IC&D) وإرشادات تكلفة الخدمة بدعم من المدير المباشر.
- الترويج للمحفظة المصرفية/المنتجات.
- تقديم رؤية تفصيلية للمشروع (من منظور العميل والداخلي) للفريق لتحديد معايير الطلب بوضوح وتسجيلها في نظام إدارة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل أن تكون في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو العلوم أو الهندسة.
- القدرة على فهم المفاهيم/العمليات المالية الأساسية (التسعير/الهامش/التوقعات).
- الفضول والشغف مع اهتمام قوي بالمبيعات وتطوير المنتجات والمستهلكين وفهم السوق (التسويق/البحث والتطوير/الذكاء التنافسي).
- معرفة أساسية بالعطور ومهارات حاسة الشم، وعند الاقتضاء فهم أساسي لعلم الجلد والأحياء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1 إلى 3 سنوات في المبيعات أو خدمة المبيعات أو تطوير المنتجات أو تخطيط الحسابات أو التسويق، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعات العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة أو النكهات أو المواد الكيميائية أو المكونات.

- مهارات تواصل جيدة مع قدرة على التفاوض والتقديم.
- القدرة على التعاون عبر الفرق الداخلية والخارجية.
- ذو دافع ذاتي وسجل حافل في تحقيق النتائج.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support in building knowledge of specific market, customer environment and specific customer activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via all available sources
- Build relationships with customer decision makers/influencers by holding regular meetings
- Develop understanding of customer decision making criteria
- Timely and accurately document customer visits and insights
- Communicate client supply chain objectives, processes, organization, score
- Consult with customer service on key customer supply issues and agree on communication /implementation plan with support of line management for more complex issues/solutions
- Propose optimal working capital management (payment terms agreements, monthly awareness of AR status and support/intervene when required) with
- Promote bank/ product portfolio
- Provide detailed project insight (Customer/ Internal perspective) to the team in order to clearly define brief parameters and capture them in Project management system
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Sciences or Engineering
- Ability to understand basic financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting)
- Curiosity and passion with strong interests in sales, product development, consumers, and market understanding (Marketing/R&D/CI)
- Basic fragrance knowledge and olfactive skills. Where applicable, basic understanding of skin science and biology.
- Minimum 1-3 Years experience in sales, sales service, product development, account planning or marketing preferably fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, flavors, chemical or ingredients industries
- Good communicator with negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to cross collaborate with internal & external teams
- Self-driven with a track record for delivering results
- Collaborative and demonstrated team player
- Digital savvy with an ability to leverage online resources
