- يهدف هذا الدور إلى إدارة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والتطبيقات المؤسسية والأنظمة التجارية في المؤسسة وصيانتها ودعمها، مع التركيز على بيئات Windows وخدمات Microsoft Azure وتطبيقات Microsoft 365 وأنظمة ERP وCIS وقواعد بيانات SQL وبرامج التصنيع والهندسة، لضمان موثوقية وأداء وأمان الأنظمة التقنية الحيوية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وصيانة خوادم Windows وأجهزة سطح المكتب والمحمول والتطبيقات المؤسسية (تثبيت، تكوين، دعم).
- إدارة شبكات الاتصال واستكشاف أعطالها (سويتشات، راوتر، جدران حماية، شبكات لاسلكية، VPN).
- مراقبة أداء الأنظمة والشبكات وضمان الموثوقية والأمان.
- إدارة وصيانة Active Directory وGroup Policy وDNS وDHCP وخدمات إدارة الهوية.
- إدارة حسابات المستخدمين والصلاحيات وفق سياسات الأمان.
- دعم خطط التعافي من الكوارث وعمليات النسخ الاحتياطي واستمرارية الأعمال.
- تنفيذ ترقيات الأنظمة وإدارة التصحيحات ودورة حياة الأجهزة والبرمجيات.
- دعم وصيانة أنظمة ERP وتطبيقات CIS والأنظمة التجارية الهامة وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بها.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتطبيقات والبيانات.
- إدارة بيئات SQL Server (صيانة، مراقبة، نسخ احتياطي، استعادة).
- تطوير وتعديل استعلامات SQL والتقارير وعمليات تكامل البيانات.
- ضمان سلامة البيانات وأمانها ودقتها عبر الأنظمة المؤسسية.
- دعم ترقيات التطبيقات والتنفيذ والاختبار وعمليات التكامل.
- توثيق تكوينات التطبيقات وسير العمل وإجراءات الدعم.
- إدارة البنية التحتية السحابية في Microsoft Azure (أجهزة افتراضية، تخزين، شبكات، خدمات هوية).
- إدارة Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) وMicrosoft 365 والبيئات السحابية المختلطة.
- إدارة بيئات VMware والبنية التحتية الافتراضية.
- مراقبة الموارد السحابية وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الأداء والأمان والتكلفة.

- التعاون مع قيادة تقنية المعلومات والإدارات المختلفة في المشاريع التقنية والترقيات والمبادرات الاستراتيجية.
- المشاركة في مشاريع تنفيذ ERP وCIS والبنية التحتية والسحابة.
- التنسيق مع البائعين والاستشاريين ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب للمستخدمين حسب الحاجة.
- مواكبة التقنيات الناشئة والاتجاهات الصناعية وفرص التطوير المهني.
الشروط والمتطلبات

Primary Objective
The System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business systems. - Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications.
- Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN connectivity.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and network health to ensure reliability and security.
- Maintain and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company security policies.
- Support disaster recovery planning, data backup processes, and business continuity initiatives.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and hardware/software lifecycle management.
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems, CIS applications, and other business-critical software platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data-related issues.
- Administer and support SQL Server environments, including database maintenance, monitoring, backup, and recovery processes.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and data integrations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy across enterprise systems.
- Support application upgrades, implementations, testing, and system integrations.
- Document application configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft 365 administration, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Support VMware and virtualized infrastructure environments.
- Monitor cloud resources and recommend improvements for performance, security, and cost optimization.
- Assist with cloud migration projects and modernization initiatives.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, network, application, and database issues.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting end users and business operations.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
- Participate in security audits, compliance initiatives, and incident response activities.
- Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and technical standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with IT leadership and business departments on technology projects, upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in ERP, CIS, infrastructure, and cloud implementation projects.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, network administration, or enterprise application support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience supporting ERP systems, CIS applications, and enterprise business software.
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL query development, database administration concepts, reporting, and data integration processes.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or industrial software environments preferred.
- Experience with PTC software such as Creo or Windchill preferred.
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite ERP preferred.
- Familiarity with networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
