شركة Medtronic، الرائدة عالميًا في تكنولوجيا الرعاية الصحية، تبحث عن مندوب مبيعات طبية متحمس وموجه نحو النتائج للانضمام إلى فريق Structural Heart في منطقة مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نسعى إلى مندوب مبيعات طبية يتمتع بخلفية قوية في المبيعات الطبية ومهارات تواصل ممتازة وشغف بمساعدة المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية لتحسين نتائج المرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المبيعات: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفصلية والسنوية ضمن المنطقة المخصصة.
- التواصل مع العملاء: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية، بما في ذلك الأطباء والممرضين وإداريي المستشفيات.
- المعرفة بالمنتجات: الاحتفاظ بمعرفة متعمقة بخط منتجاتنا والمشهد التنافسي لتوصيل الفوائد والميزات للعملاء بفعالية.
- أبحاث السوق: تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة من خلال تحليل اتجاهات السوق واحتياجات العملاء.
- العروض التقديمية والعروض التوضيحية: إجراء عروض تقديمية وعروض توضيحية للمنتجات لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية، مع إظهار مزايا عروضنا.
- التعاون: العمل عن كثب مع فريق التسويق لتطوير المواد الترويجية والحملات التي تدعم جهود المبيعات.
- التقارير: تقديم تقارير منتظمة عن أنشطة المبيعات وحالة الصفقات والمعلومات السوقية إلى الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو علوم الحياة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في المبيعات الطبية أو دور مماثل.
- فهم قوي للمصطلحات الطبية واتجاهات صناعة الرعاية الصحية.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المنطقة المخصصة (50% - 70% من وقت العمل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

A Day in the Life
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic Structural Heart team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping healthcare professionals enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within your assigned territory
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients
- Market Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers, showcasing the advantages of our offerings
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in medical sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory (50%-70% of time traveling).
