مطلوب متخصص دعم مناقصات وزارة الصحة (MOH Tender Support Specialist) للعمل في شركة Beckman Coulter Diagnostics في منطقة القصيم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حل أي مشكلات معلقة تتعلق بالإيصالات والفواتير والإشعارات المدينة وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية مع الإمدادات الطبية لوزارة الصحة في جميع أنحاء المملكة ومستودعات NUPCO.
- مساعدة مدير المناقصة والفريق في إنشاء ASN في نظام INUPCO والإلمام الكامل بمواعيد الحجوزات.
- الحضور أثناء عمليات التسليم وضمان الحصول على إيصال استلام البضائع من مستودعات الإمدادات الطبية لوزارة الصحة و NUPCO.
- زيارة مستودعات الإمدادات الطبية و NUPCO لمتابعة وتسهيل عمليات التسليم في المنطقة المحددة.
- أخذ مواعيد من جميع الإمدادات الطبية في المنطقة قبل نهاية كل ربع سنة لضمان تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات المطلوبة لمناقصة NUPCO وفقًا لتوقعات الشركة.
- التعاون بكفاءة مع جميع أعضاء الفريق في المنطقة ومساعدتهم في تحقيق أهدافهم المالية من خلال التنسيق مع مستودع الرياض وفريق العمليات بالمنطقة لضمان تسليم سلس لجميع أوامر وزارة الصحة وأوامر الشراء من MARKETPLACE.
- المساعدة في متابعة ملفات NUPCO لدى مختلف الإمدادات الطبية للتأكد من معالجة جميع فواتيرنا وجاهزيتها للدفع.
- بناء علاقة جيدة مع جميع المسؤولين عن استلام شحنات NUPCO في إطار العملية الجديدة لـ NUPCO.
- فهم المتطلبات الجديدة لعملية NUPCO لتسليم جميع الشحنات وأخذ زمام المبادرة في تلبية هذه المتطلبات.
- متابعة مع فريق مستودع الرياض لوضع الملصقات على الكواشف (reagents).
- المعرفة بتوزيع العناصر على المناطق وإدارة متابعة المخزون مع فريق خدمة العملاء لوضع أوامر الشراء في نظام Oracle.
- تطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء وشراكات مع صانعي القرار الرئيسيين في الحسابات الكبيرة وتحديد الفرص الرئيسية لضمان توافق توجهات الأعمال وأن تكون Beckman Coulter الشريك المختار.
- مساعدة وظيفة المالية في القضايا المتعلقة بالتحصيل.

- Resolve any pending issues that have to do with receipts, Invoices, debit notes, expiries with the MOH medical supplies across the kingdom, and NUPCO Warehouses
- Assist the Bid Manager and the team in creating ASN in the INUPCO system and have full awareness of taking appointments.
- Be present upon deliveries and ensure receipt is granted for goods from the medical supplies MOH and NUPCO warehouses.
- Visits medical supplies, and NUPCO Warehouses to follow up and facilitate deliveries in his territory.
- Taking appointments from all medical supplies in the area before the end of each quarter to ensure the required revenue targets of NUPCO tender are recognized per the company's expectations.
- Collaborate efficiently with all area team members and help them to achieve their financial targets by coordinating with WH in Riyadh and the operation team of the area to ensure smooth delivery of all MOH orders and MARKETPLACE purchase orders.
- Help in following up on the NUPCO files at different medical supplies to make sure all our invoices are processed and ready for payments.
- Build a good relationship with all the people responsible for receiving our NUPCO shipments under the new NUPCO operation.
- Understand the new requirements of NUPCO operation to deliver all shipments and take the lead on fulfilling those requirements.
- Follow up with the Riyadh warehouse team to put stickers on the reagents.
- Know-how in distributing items to regions and managing inventory follow-up with the CSR team to place the purchase orders in the Oracle system.
- Develop strong customer relationships & partnerships with key decision-makers in the major accounts and identify key opportunities, to ensure. business directions are aligned & that Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice.
- Assist the Finance function with collection-related issues.
- To perform other tasks as assigned; assisting in the collection and other government-related tasks as needed.
