المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التحول الرقمي من خلال التواصل الفعّال مع المدراء التنفيذيين وقادة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمعماريين والمطورين ومختلف خطوط الأعمال داخل حساباتك.
- تمثيل محفظة AWS الكاملة من المنتجات والخدمات عبر الحسابات التي تديرها ضمن قطاع عملاء المؤسسات.
- دفع الإيرادات وزيادة الحصة السوقية في مجموعة محددة من الحسابات.
- تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف الإيرادات الربعية والشهرية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطة لتنمية بصمة AWS داخل مجموعة حساباتك.
- إدارة العديد من الحسابات بشكل متزامن واستراتيجي.
- إنشاء وصياغة عروض قيمة مقنعة حول خدمات AWS.
- تسريع تبني العملاء من خلال مشاركات مبيعات مطورة واستراتيجية ناجحة للوصول إلى السوق لتحقيق نتائج العملاء.
- الحفاظ على خط أنابيب مبيعات قوي.
- العمل مع الشركاء لتوسيع نطاق الوصول ودفع التبني.
- ضمان رضا العملاء.
- إدارة مفاوضات العقود.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات المباشرة أو تطوير الأعمال في أسواق البرمجيات أو السحابة أو SaaS، مع البيع للمدراء التنفيذيين.
- خبرة في التعامل مع التقنيات التحويلية مثل السحابة (Cloud) وإنترنت الأشياء (IoT) وذكاء الأعمال (BI) والتحليلات (Analytics).
- خبرة في التنقل بين الحسابات المحتملة من وإلى المستوى التنفيذي لتحديد فرص عملاء جدد.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية للتواصل مع الجماهير التقنية وغير التقنية، بما في ذلك القيادة العليا.
المهارات المطلوبة

Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers.
In this role, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment.
Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
Meet or exceed quarterly and Monthly revenue targets.
Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within your set of accounts.
Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage contract negotiations

As a Enterprise Greenfield Account Manager at AWS, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly impact the growth and shape of emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in our largest customers, with an emphasis on growing Accounts with minimal AWS adoption, who have large spend potential.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- Experience working with transformative technologies including cloud, IoT, business intelligence, and analytics
- Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- AWS Professional level certification, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- Arabic speakers will be preferred
