المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة ظروف مكان العمل وإجراء التفتيشات الدورية للسلامة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- تحديد المخاطر وتقييمها واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية للوقاية من الحوادث والأمراض المهنية.
- إجراء جلسات التوعية بالسلامة (inductions) ومحاضرات الـ toolbox talks وتنسيق تدريبات الطوارئ.
- دعم تنفيذ برامج التدريب على السلامة للموظفين والمقاولين.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والحالات القريبة (near misses) وإعداد تقارير تفصيلية وتتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية والحفاظ على سجلات السلامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

- Knowledge of Security practices related to site access, incident reporting, and coordination with relevant security or emergency services.
- Relevant HSE certifications or training (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and present safety information effectively.
- Proven ability to work on-site in industrial or construction environments, including field presence and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward risk identification and mitigation.
