Role Description The Salon Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah, responsible for managing the daily front-of-house operations of the salon. This role includes welcoming guests, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and coordinating appointment scheduling to optimize the salon’s calendar. The Salon Coordinator ensures a smooth guest experience by maintaining an orderly reception area, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and processing payments as needed. The role also involves supporting the salon team with administrative tasks, updating client records, and communicating service updates or promotions. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional, courteous presence and help create a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with a diverse clientele.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and receptionist duties, including managing calendars, maintaining client records, and coordinating multiple bookings.
• Professional phone etiquette and front-desk management skills, including handling inquiries, confirmations, and follow-up calls.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and support multiple team members.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or POS systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Previous experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration or hospitality is an advantage.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional appearance aligned with salon standards.
