We are looking for a highly driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both mobile applications and e-commerce performance marketing, with deep understanding of attribution, analytics, and growth strategies within the Saudi market.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Manage performance campaigns for both mobile applications and e-commerce businesses
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS targets
- Analyze customer journeys, attribution models, and funnel performance
- Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
- Track and report campaign results with actionable insights
- Manage app attribution and analytics platforms
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and scaling strategies
- Optimize acquisition, retention, and conversion campaigns
- Stay updated with market trends and platform updates in the Saudi market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Markete
- Strong experience in mobile app marketing and e-commerce campaigns
- Hands-on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust
- Experience with analytical and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and data analysis
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
- Good understanding of the Saudi market and user behavior
- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Arabic and English proficiency is required
- At least 4 years of experience
