IHG Hotels & Resorts تعلن عن وظيفة حارس إنقاذ (Lifeguard) في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الحفاظ على دقة لوحة الإعلانات العامة.
  • المسؤولية عن نظافة المسبح (التنظيف بالمكنسة الكهربائية والفرك) والمنطقة المحيطة به.
  • الحفاظ على معدات تنظيف المسبح في حالة جيدة، وإبلاغ الصيانة بالمشاكل عند الحاجة.
  • استقبال الضيوف ومرافقتهم إلى كراسي الاستلقاء وتقديم المناشف.
  • الحفاظ على مؤهلات الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) سارية المفعول.
  • المعرفة التفصيلية بإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ في الفندق، خاصة في حالات الغرق والأعاصير والعواصف.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة السباحة للأطفال خلال الموسم الذروة ومراقبة سلامة الضيوف.
  • الإلمام بإجراءات السلامة والإسعافات الأولية والحرائق والطوارئ في المنشأة، وتشغيل المعدات بأمان وبصورة معقولة.
  • اتخاذ الإجراءات لتصحيح المواقف الخطرة وإبلاغ المشرفين بالمخاطر المحتملة.
  • تسجيل حوادث الأمن والحوادث الشخصية وفقاً لمتطلبات الفندق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في بيئة مماثلة (فندق 4-5 نجوم).
  • شهادة في الإسعافات الأولية (First Aid).
  • رخصة حارس إنقاذ (Lifeguard License).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية المنطوقة والمكتوبة.
  • مرونة في المناوبات والمهام.

A little taste of your day-to-day

  • Maintain public notice board for accuracy
  • Maintain responsibility for cleanliness of swimming pool (Vacuuming and Scrubbing) and immediate surrounds
  • Maintain pool cleaning equipment are in good condition, reporting problems to maintenance when needed
  • Greet and escort guests to lounge chairs and present towels
  • Maintain current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s emergency response procedures, particularly in the event of drowning, cyclones, storms
  • Supervise children’s swimming activities during the peak season and maintain a watchful eye of guest safety
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
  • Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.

What We Need From You

  • Good level of spoken/written English
  • Flexibility in shifts & tasks
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment (4-5* hotel)
  • Certificate in First Aid
  • License as a lifeguard
