نبحث عن مدرب أجيلي (Agile Coach) ذي خبرة لقيادة التحول الرشيق عبر الفرق والأقسام. سيقوم المدرب بتوجيه القادة ومديري سكرام (Scrum Masters) وأصحاب المنتجات (Product Owners) والفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحسين النضج الرشيق وفعالية التسليم والتعاون والتحسين المستمر. يتطلب هذا الدور فهماً عميقاً لأطر العمل الرشيق وإدارة التغيير التنظيمي وتدريب القيادات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تدريب وتوجيه الفرق ومديري سكرام وأصحاب المنتجات والقادة على مبادئ وممارسات الأجايل.
- دفع تبني الأجايل والتحسين المستمر عبر فرق متعددة.
- تيسير مراسم الأجايل (Agile ceremonies) وورش العمل وجلسات الاسترجاع (retrospectives).
- تحديد وإزالة العوائق على المستوى التنظيمي ومستوى الفرق.
- دعم الفرق في تحسين التخطيط والتسليم والتعاون والقدرة على التنبؤ.
- العمل مع القيادة لمواءمة ممارسات الأجايل مع أهداف الأعمال.
- تقييم النضج الرشيق واقتراح مبادرات تحسينية.
- تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريب وتدريب فردي في الأجايل.
- تعزيز ثقافة الشفافية والمساءلة والتعلم المستمر.
- تتبع مقاييس الأجايل واستخدام البيانات لدفع تحسينات العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 6+ سنوات من الخبرة في بيئات الأجايل، تشمل التدريب أو إدارة سكرام أو إدارة التسليم أو أدوار مشابهة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة تحولات أجايل عبر فرق أو أقسام متعددة.
- فهم عميق لأطر العمل الرشيق مثل Scrum وKanban وLean وXP وSAFe وLeSS وScrum@Scale.
- مهارات قوية في التيسير والتوجيه وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في تدريب الفرق التقنية وغير التقنية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على التأثير في القيادة ودفع التغيير التنظيمي.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices.
- Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove organizational and team-level impediments.
- Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability.
- Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives.
- Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or related roles.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coaching both technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change
- Work directly with leading FinTech partners and Open Banking programs in the region
- Gain hands-on experience with advanced API gateway tools like IBM API Connect and DataPower
- Be part of high-impact integration and onboarding initiatives shaping the financial ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Security, Operations, and Engineering
