المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التنسيق مع مدير تخطيط المشاريع لضمان توافق التسليمات مع الجدول الزمني للمشروع.
  • عقد اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع بشكل دوري وضمان الالتزام بالجدول.
  • عقد اجتماعات مراجعة داخلية لتحسين تخصيص الموارد وزيادة الإنتاجية.
  • مراجعة التصميمات والحسابات والرسومات وضمان تقديمها في الوقت المحدد بعد الحصول على موافقات العميل.
  • توضيح القضايا المتعلقة بالموردين وضمان تسليم المواد في موقع المشروع في الوقت المناسب.
  • القدرة على تعدد المهام وتسليم مهام متعددة في الوقت المحدد.
  • تقديم التوضيحات لمديري التخصصات المختلفة لحل القضايا المتعلقة بجوانب التصميم للمعدات.
  • تمكين ومراجعة التقدير الدقيق للكميات لتقديم قائمة المواد (Bill of Materials).
  • مراجعة القضايا الحرجة والتأخيرات الإجرائية المتعلقة بجوانب التصميم للمعدات ودعم فرق التنفيذ في الموقع.
  • ضمان تطبيق BIM (نمذجة معلومات المباني) في المشاريع.
  • حل قضايا المشتريات ودعم إدارة سلسلة التوريد لضمان إتمام الطلبات الخاصة بهندسة الموردين.
  • دعم إعداد قائمة الكميات (BOQ)، ومراجعة العروض قبل المناقصة والتسليمات الفنية، وتقديم توضيحات ما بعد المناقصة لفريق العقود.
  • قيادة وإدارة فريق من قادة التصميم ومهندسي التصميم والرسامين.
  • مراجعة تقييم الموردين (وفقًا لمتطلبات المواصفات الفنية للعميل).
  • دعم فرق التنفيذ في الموقع في القضايا التجارية ومعالجة الفواتير.
  • ضمان إصدار التصريح التصنيعي من خلال التواصل مع الموردين وتسهيله.
  • التواصل مع العميل لتوضيح قائمة التسليمات والحصول على متطلبات الموارد للمشروع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة شاملة في الهندسة الأولية والثانوية لمشاريع المحطات الفرعية.
  • فهم عميق لجوانب التصميم لمحطات GIS/AIS حتى 765 كيلوفولت.
  • كفاءة في اختيار المعدات مثل المحولات الكهربائية، والمفاعلات، وقواطع الدائرة، والفاصلات، ومحولات القياس.
  • إلمام جيد بتصميم المحطات الفرعية الأولية والثانوية بما في ذلك التأريض، والإضاءة، والحماية من الصواعق، والكابلات.
  • معرفة الواجهات بين المدني والميكانيكي والكهربائي والأجهزة (MEP & Instrumentation) وأنشطة الهندسة الثانوية مثل المخططات، ورسومات الأسلاك، ونظام SCADA والتحكم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في قيادة وتنفيذ مشاريع لمناطق وعملاء ومرافق مختلفة.
  • معرفة تفصيلية بالمعدات المركبة وظروف السوق لهندسة الموردين.
  • القدرة على فهم وتفسير المتطلبات التعاقدية الفنية ودعم فرق المشروع عند الحاجة.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Project Planning Manager and ensure deliveries are aligned to Project Schedule
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure adherence to schedule
  • Conduct internal review meetings for resource optimization, allocation and enhance productivity
  • Review of designs, calculations & drawings and ensure their timely submissions after obtaining approvals from customer
  • Clarification of issues w.r.t. vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials at project site
  • Capable of Multitasking and deliver multiple things on time
  • Clarification to inter - discipline Managers for sorting out issues w.r.t. design aspects of the equipment
  • Enable & review accurate estimation in terms of quantity for submission of Bill of Materials
  • Review critical issues and procedural delays w.r.t. design aspects of equipment and extend support to Site Execution teams
  • Ensure BIM implementation in the projects
  • Settle procurement issues and extend support to Supply Chain management for ensuring order finalization for Vendor Engineering
  • Extend support for BOQ, review of pre-bid offers and technical submissions & provide post-tender clarifications (after clarification from vendors) to the contracts team
  • Lead and manage team of Design Leads, Design Engineers and Draughts persons
  • Review Vendor evaluation (w.r.t. technical specification requirement of the client)
  • Extend support to Site Execution Teams for commercial issues & processing of bills
  • Ensure issuance of Manufacturing Clearance by undertaking and facilitating necessary communication with suppliers
  • Communicate & clarify deliverable list from the client and obtaining resource requirement for project

Technical Expertise: The Project Engineering Manager shall have overall expertise in both primary engineering & secondary engineering for substation projects. The Manager is required to have thorough understanding in design aspects of GIS / AIS Substations up to 765 KV.

She / He is required to be proficient in selection of equipment such as Power Transformers, Reactors, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors, Instrument Transformer. He shall be well versed in Substation Primary and Secondary Design including Earthing, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Cabling etc., interfaces between Civil, MEP & Instrumentation and Secondary engineering activities like Schemes, Wiring Diagrams, SCADA & Control System.

The PEM is required to have understanding of leading and execution of projects for different geographies / clients / utilities. She / he should have detailed knowledge of the equipment to be installed and the market conditions for vendor engineering.

The PEM is required to understand and interpret the contractual technical requirements and facilitate the Project Teams as and when required. The PEM shall have good interviewing skills.
