We are looking for an experienced Personnel & HR Operations Manager to join a construction company in jeddah.

Saudi Nationals Only (as per regulatory requirements)

What we're looking for:

We need a specialist with strong command of all government platforms, including:

• Qiwa
• GOSI (التأمينات الاجتماعية)
• Mudad
• Muqeem
• Absher Business
• Najiz
• TAM / Nitaqat (Saudization management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Saudization (Nitaqat) strategy and maintain target compliance bands
• Handle all government platform transactions and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage GOSI registrations, wage protection (WPS), and Mudad processing
• Oversee work permits, visa processing, and Muqeem transactions

Requirements:

• Saudi National
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as Personnel/HR Operations Manager
• Expert knowledge of all Saudi government HR platforms
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization regulations
• Experience with Construction industry is a must
