Job Title: Patient Relations Specialist

Department: Patient Relations

Reports To: Duty Manager

Job Summary

The Patient Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and improve the overall patient experience throughout the hospital. The role helps address patient concerns, monitor service quality, and promote a patient-centered culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for patients and visitors regarding feedback, concerns, compliments, and service-related inquiries
• Monitor patient experience standards and support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in patient experience, customer service, healthcare administration, hospitality, or a related field
• Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
