JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
To manage sales target setting process Affluent Banking segment in all regions ,and continuously track performance and perform variance analysis, and manage all support activities for Affluent Banking.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Follow up the day-to-day operations assigned for the Affluent Banking centres/lounges to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Track performance of Affluent Banking Team Leaders & Monitor performance of Affluent Banking Managers/Officers in branches.
- Analyse variances and recommend corrective measures to ensure that the target set revisited in line with any changes in the plan.
- Identify low performing staff and ensure proper action plan execution in order to improve their performance.
- Manages & monitors Affluent Campaign performance.
- Monitor and manage Affluent operating model.
- Manages the research, monitoring and analysis of trends, needs and behaviors to ensure that the required in depth knowledge is obtained about the sitting target.
- Manage NPS, and Mystery Shopper activities.
- Manages Portfolio & prospectus management process
- Tracks performance effectiveness of campaigns.
- Organizes and supervises the activities to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Coordinate with Retail Finance, Sales, and Performance management departments for Affluent quarterly target setting exercise & scorecard distribution.
- Prepares departmental reports of Riyad Bank timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
- Represents the function and actively contributes in various committees/meetings (internal and external) as applicable and per authority levels in order to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensures all staff have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of talented Saudi national staff
- Ensures and facilitates the employment, training and development of Saudi nationals within the organization.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in MIS, Analysis & statistics, Economics or Accounting
Minimum Experience:
- +10 years relevant experience in banking including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
