JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

To monitor ATM usage and cash level replenishment for Riyad Bank ATM network and manage the SAMA ATM license to ensure smooth operations for all ATM machines on an ongoing basis

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the ATM Business department/department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
• Monitors ATM usage levels and ensures cash level replenishment and extraction on time
• Monitors profitability of the ATM machines and take corrective actions (if any) to enhance the same
• Relocates, cancels or adds new ATM machines in various locations to enhance the profit
• Executes timely and effective migration of products into ATM’s.
• Contributes to develop ATM content adhering to corporate image and branding
• Reports to SAMA on the ATM profits and services required.
• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT

Minimum Experience:

• 4-6 years relevant experience in ATM Business including at least 2 years in a banking related function

Language:

• English: Intermediate
