About the Role

We are looking for motivated fresh graduate engineers to join our Automation & Digitalization team in Dammam. This role is designed for individuals passionate about industrial automation, control systems, and digital transformation technologies.

The selected candidates will be trained and developed in key automation platforms including SCADA, PLC, and Building Management Systems (BMS) while working on real-time industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Control Systems Support

• Support in design, configuration, and implementation of automation systems.
• Assist in working with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) programming and troubleshooting.
• Support SCADA system configuration, monitoring, and basic integration tasks.
• Assist in BMS (Building Management Systems) installation and operational support.

System Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor automation systems performance and report system anomalies.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for automation and control systems.
• Assist senior engineers in fault diagnosis and system troubleshooting.

Digitalization & Smart Solutions

• Support digital transformation initiatives across industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in data collection, system integration, and reporting for smart systems.
• Work on basic dashboards and system data visualization under supervision.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system records.
• Maintain accurate logs of system activities, testing, and maintenance.
• Support preparation of as-built documentation and technical manuals.

Learning & Development

• Participate in structured training programs on SCADA, PLC, and BMS systems.
• Work closely with senior engineers to gain hands-on field and system experience.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge in automation and digital technologies.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
• Industrial Automation
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Or related technical discipline

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of PLC systems
• Awareness of SCADA systems
• Basic knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn industrial automation technologies
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Basic knowledge of HMI systems
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, etc.)
• Familiarity with smart building or industrial IoT concepts
• Internship or academic project experience in automation systems
