Role Purpose:

To lead local content initiatives and supplier localization programs under the direction of the Strategic Supply Chain Manager for enhancing In-Kingdom value (IKTVA), strengthening local supply chains, and ensuring compliance with national localization requirements.

Key Accountability:

1- Local Content Strategy Execution

Implement local content strategies to enhance IKTVA performance and national value creation

2-Supplier Localization & Development

Develop and qualify local suppliers to strengthen the supply chain ecosystem

3- Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Ensure adherence to local content regulations and reporting requirements

4- Procurement Integration

Integrate local content requirements into procurement processes to maximize local sourcing

5- Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with internal teams and external entities to support localization initiatives

6- Performance Monitoring & Reporting

SortingTrack local content KPIs and providing insights to improve performance

7- Vendor Performance Management

Monitors and evaluates supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or localization roles, with strong expertise in IKTVA/local content programs, supplier development, and regulatory com
• pliance.Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) are advantageous
