تعلن شركة 4Level1، المتخصصة في تقديم برامج اللغة الإنجليزية الشاملة وفق المعايير الدولية (CEFR)، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تطوير الأعمال (Business Development Specialist) للعمل بشكل كامل في الموقع (on-site) في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتقييم الفرص التجارية الجديدة وبناء علاقات مع المؤسسات والعملاء الأفراد.
- الترويج لبرامج اللغة الإنجليزية التي تقدمها الشركة.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتطوير خطط التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين.
- توليد العملاء المحتملين (Leads) ومتابعتهم والحفاظ على قائمة مبيعات نشطة.
- تقديم العروض الخاصة بالبرامج، وإعداد المقترحات، والتفاوض على الشروط ضمن الصلاحيات المحددة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الأكاديميين والعمليات لضمان تجربة انضمام سلسة للعملاء الجدد.
- تتبع مقاييس الأداء، وتقديم ملاحظات حول اتجاهات السوق، والمساهمة في تحسين استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات، ويفضل في مجال التعليم أو التدريب أو خدمات اللغة.
- القدرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء وإدارة فرص متعددة في وقت واحد.
- الراحة في العمل نحو تحقيق أهداف ومؤشرات أداء محددة في بيئة سريعة موجهة نحو النمو.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ وتعد اللغة العربية ومعرفة سوق الشرق الأوسط ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء لجذب العملاء المحتملين وتقديم البرامج بوضوح ودعم المتعلمين والمهنيين بشكل احترافي.
- مهارات متقدمة في توليد العملاء المحتملين (Lead Generation) وأبحاث السوق لتحديد الشرائح المستهدفة وتقييم المنافسة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Riyadh. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with institutions and individual clients, and promote 4Level1’s English language programs. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, present programs clearly, and support learners and partners professionally.
- Proficient Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify target segments, qualify prospects, and understand competitive dynamics.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, evaluate campaign performance, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in education, training, or language services.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfort working toward defined targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and familiarity with the Middle East market are considered an advantage.
