شركة 4Level1 تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مدرب لغة إنجليزية أول (Senior English Instructor) للعمل بدوام كامل في منطقة الرياض، ضمن برامج تعليمية معتمدة على المعايير الدولية CEFR وبمنهج تواصلي يركز على المهارات العملية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتقديم دروس لغة إنجليزية عالية الجودة وفقًا لمعايير CEFR ومنهج 4Level1 التواصلي.
- إعداد خطط الدروس والمواد التعليمية وتدريس الفصول وجهاً لوجه.
- تقييم تقدم المتعلمين وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة.
- دعم تنفيذ المنهج والإرشاد عند الحاجة للمدربين المبتدئين.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لممارسات التدريس ومحتوى الدورة.
- التعاون مع الفريق الأكاديمي لضمان جودة التدريس المتسقة.
- المشاركة في أنشطة التطوير المهني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية، التربية، اللغويات التطبيقية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- المؤهلات المتقدمة (مثل DELTA أو ماجستير في تدريس الإنجليزية TESOL) تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تدريس البالغين أو الشباب، ويفضل في بيئات EFL/ESL وفصول متعددة الثقافات.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في منطقة الرياض والتكيف مع السياقات الثقافية والتعليمية المحلية.
- خبرة في أساليب التدريس التواصلية والقائمة على المهارات؛ الإلمام بمستويات CEFR والتقييم مفيد جدًا.

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., DELTA, MA TESOL) are an advantage.
- Proven experience teaching adults or young adults, ideally in EFL/ESL settings and in multicultural classrooms.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered approach.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh region and adapt to local cultural and educational contexts.
- Experience with both communicative and skills-based teaching methods; familiarity with CEFR levels and assessment is highly beneficial.
