المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية حسابات العملاء الوطنية (National Account Strategy Development & Implementation)
  • إجراء مكالمات مبيعات (Sales Calls)
  • اكتساب العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم (Customer Acquisition & Retention)
  • مرحلة ما قبل البيع (Pre-Sales) وإعداد عروض العملاء (Customer Proposal Creation)
  • تقديم عروض الأسعار (Pricing Proposal)
  • تفعيل الحسابات (Account Activation) ومرحلة ما بعد البيع (Post-Sales)
  • مراقبة المنافسة (Competition Monitoring)
  • العمل كخبير تقني في الموضوعات المعقدة والمتخصصة
  • دعم الإدارة في تحليل وتفسير وتطبيق المعلومات المعقدة للمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الأقسام والشركة
  • دعم أو قيادة المشاريع من خلال تطبيق مجال الخبرة
