تعلن شركة ADES - Advanced Energy Systems عن توفر وظيفة "عامل مستودع" في السعودية. تتضمن الوظيفة إدارة وصيانة مخزون المواد والمعدات والتجهيزات في منصة الحفر، مع ضمان التخزين والتنظيم الدقيق، ودعم تدفق المواد وكفاءة إدارة المخزون.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لتحديد احتياجات المواد والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة على مستوى المنصة.
  • معالجة طلبات المواد والخدمات باستخدام برنامج الشركة أو النماذج، مع تحديد كافة التفاصيل (المواصفات - الوصف - الكمية - رقم القطعة - المورد) أو استخدام الكتالوج المتاح لتمكين فريق المشتريات من التوريد السريع.
  • مراقبة تقدم طلبات الشراء المفتوحة.
  • ضمان التعبئة والتأمين المناسبين للشحنات، وإعداد قائمة الجرد (Manifest) لجميع المعدات والمواد والأدوات المرسلة من المنصة بحراً أو جواً، بما في ذلك الملصقات والمستندات ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان وضع العلامات الصحيحة والتغليف المناسب لجميع النفايات الخطرة وغير الخطرة قبل شحنها إلى البر.
  • التواصل مع القاعدة البرية عند الحاجة لتتبع الشحنات (مثل إرسال نسخ من قوائم الجرد عند مغادرة سفينة الإمداد الموقع).
  • تتبع أي معدات تُرسل للصيانة أو التخزين أو النقل بين المواقع باتباع إجراءات نقل المواد البحرية الخاصة بالشركة.
  • استلام المواد وفحصها للتأكد من مطابقتها لمذكرات التسليم وقوائم الجرد الصادرة، والإبلاغ عن أي مواد مستلمة بشكل خاطئ.
  • تخزين وتنظيم المواد في الأماكن المخصصة مع ضمان التوثيق السليم والالتزام بإرشادات السلامة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد قوائم الجرد والتحكم في معدات الطرف الثالث عند الحاجة.
  • تأمين المستودع في جميع الأوقات وتقييد الدخول للأشخاص غير المصرح لهم.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة مستودع نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.
  • تنفيذ أنظمة تخزين مناسبة ووضع العلامات وتخطيط المخزون لسهولة الاسترجاع وتحسين المساحة.
  • الحفاظ على مستويات كافية من قطع الغيار والمواد والمواد الاستهلاكية لضمان استمرارية تشغيل الوحدة.
  • التركيز على التخطيط بالتنسيق مع مشرفي الأقسام لتقليل الطلبات العاجلة.
  • إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون وفق إجراءات الشركة.
  • إصدار تقارير المخزون الشهرية والتقارير المجدولة الأخرى بناءً على طلب مدير المنصة ومدير سلسلة التوريد.
  • مراجعة القطع الزائدة عن الحاجة والقديمة بشكل دوري وإبلاغ القاعدة البرية بذلك.
  • الحفاظ على رقابة صارمة على المخزون باستخدام برنامج الشركة.
  • إعداد تقارير عن حالة المخزون واستخدام المواد والمقاييس الأخرى ذات الصلة بالمستودع.
  • الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لمعاملات المواد بما في ذلك الإيصالات والتحويلات والمرتجعات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من التعليم: شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم ذو صلة.
  • خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات المستودعات لدى مقاول حفر معروف أو أي شركة تموين ذات صلة بالنفط والغاز.
  • الشهادات المطلوبة: حسب مصفوفة التدريب الخاصة بشركة ADES.
  • اللياقة البدنية والقدرة على العمل في ظروف صعبة وأماكن ضيقة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط (مفضل).
  • الإلمام بأساسيات استخدام الحاسب الآلي وحزمة Microsoft Office.
  • الوعي بالموقف، ومهارات التواصل، والعمل الجماعي، وحل المشكلات، وعوامل تشكيل الأداء (التوتر والإجهاد).
  • إدارة المهام وتحديد الأولويات.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية لإدارة المستودع.

Job Summary

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages & maintains the rig's inventory level of materials, equipment, and supplies ensuring that they are properly stored, organized, and maintained. Ensures an efficient flow of materials, accurate inventory management, and effective support to rig personnel.

Roles & Responsibilities

Material Requisitions:

  • Collaborates with other departments to identify material needs and obtain the required approval on the rig level.
  • Process requisitions for materials & services using the company software or forms and clearly identify all respective details (specification - description - quantity - part number - supplier) or utilize the available catalogue to allow a prompt sourcing by the procurement support team.
  • Monitor the progress of Open Requisitions.

Materials Shipment To And From Shore

  • Ensure a proper and safe packing/securing of shipment is in place, prepare manifest for all equipment, materials and tools dispatched from the rig either by sea or air including the labels and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure all hazardous and non-hazardous waste is correctly labelled and packaged prior to shipment ashore.
  • Communicate as required with the shore base to allow tracking of shipments (i.e. Manifest copies sent to onshore on Supply vessel departure from location).
  • Responsible for tracking any and all equipment sent in for repair, storage or Interfiled Transfer via the Company Offshore Material Transfer procedure.
  • Receives & inspects for discrepancies in materials received against delivery notes and outward manifest. Report on the incorrect received items.
  • Properly stores & organizes items in designated areas, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the manifesting and control of client third party equipment as required.

Warehouse Management

  • Secures the warehouse at all times and restrict access to non-authorized personnel.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Implements proper storage systems, labelling, and inventory layout for efficient retrieval and space optimization.

Inventory Control

  • Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment spares, materials and consumables so as to facilitate the continuous operation of the unit.
  • Focus on Planning in liaison with departments’ supervisors in order to minimize urgent orders.
  • Perform Cyclical Inventory Test Counts as per Company Procedures.
  • Issue End of Month Inventory & Associated reports or other Scheduled Standard Inventory reports as requested by the Rig Manager and Supply Chain Manager.
  • Review regularly obsolete and surplus parts and advise shore base accordingly.
  • Maintain strict control over the inventory using the company software.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Generates reports on inventory status, material usage, and other warehouse-related metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of material transactions, including receipts, transfers, and returns.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum education level required: High School or Relevant Diploma.
  • Minimum two (2) years of previous experience in warehouse operations, with a reputable drilling contractor of any Oil & Gas related supply company.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • English Reading & writing: intermediate level is preferred.
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Performance shaping factors - stress and fatigue.
  • Task management & prioritization.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the warehouse.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions and confined spaces.

  • As per ADES Training Matrix.
