تعلن شركة ADES - Advanced Energy Systems عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب Day Tool Pusher في المملكة العربية السعودية. يشرف المتقدم على عمليات الحفر خلال المناوبة النهارية لضمان إنجاز البئر بنجاح، مع التركيز على سلامة الأفراد والمعدات والبيئة، والعمل بالتنسيق الوثيق مع OIM.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • الإشراف والتحكم في جميع أنشطة عمليات الحفر خلال المناوبة النهارية، وضمان الإنجاز الناجح للبئر وأنشطة الحفر بالتعاون مع OIM مع مراعاة سلامة الأفراد والبيئة والمعدات لتحقيق أقصى كفاءة في عمليات الحفر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان سلامة الأفراد والمعدات وكفاءة العمليات على منصة الحفر والمناطق المرتبطة بها.
  • تخطيط وجدولة جميع أنشطة الحفر والأنشطة المرتبطة بها، وتوجيه الأفراد نحو الأداء الأمثل وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل.
  • التأكد من أن أي انحراف عن خطة بئر العميل معتمد من OIM وموثق كتابياً من ممثل العميل.
  • التشاور مع OIM وNight Tool Pusher وممثل العميل بشأن تقدم برنامج الحفر والعمليات المرتبطة به، مع إبقاء الحفار على اطلاع بأهداف البرنامج والتواصل حول أي تغييرات.
  • تخفيف عبء العمل عن الحفار عند الحاجة وفقاً لمتطلبات التشغيل.
  • التأكد مسبقاً من جاهزية جميع المعدات اللازمة للمرحلة التالية من برنامج الحفر / الصيانة.
  • مساعدة والإشراف على طاقم الحفر في موقع العمل في جميع الأوقات، وضمان وقت دوران كافٍ واستقرار البئر أثناء التنقلات وعمل BHA وعند وجود مشاكل في الحفرة.
  • تشغيل وحدة الحفر مع الالتزام الصارم بأدلة الحفر والتحكم في البئر التابعة للشركة، ومراجعة والموافقة على تصاريح العمل المتعلقة بالحفر.
  • ضمان تطبيق متطلبات التحكم في البئر وفقاً للاحتياجات التشغيلية - المساعدة في الإشراف على عمليات قتل البئر في أي حالة طارئة.
  • تخطيط ومراقبة معايير شاملة للتحكم في البئر لتحديد أي علامات لمشاكل التحكم مبكراً والاستجابة السريعة.
  • صيانة واختبار معدات التحكم في البئر بانتظام وفقاً لمتطلبات الشركة والعميل لضمان جاهزيتها وفعاليتها.
  • إجراء جميع حسابات التحكم في البئر (مثل زيادة وزن الطين، ضغوط الدوران الأولية والنهائية، عدد الضربات، إلخ).
  • المشاركة في فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ بالمنشأة وفقاً لخطة الطوارئ وإجراءات الشركة.
  • التأكد من تدريب جميع الأفراد على الإجراءات الواجب اتباعها في حالة الطوارئ.
  • التأكد من إجراء تدريبات التحكم في البئر والسلامة العامة وتوثيقها وفقاً لمتطلبات الشركة.
  • مساعدة OIM وNight Toolpusher في ضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ من القطع والمواد لأداء عمليات الحفر والعمليات المرتبطة وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
  • ضمان إتمام الصيانة المخططة وإصلاح معدات الحفر بما في ذلك دراوكس ومضخات الطين وطوب درايف وطاولة دوارة وBOP وتوثيقها للحفاظ على الحالة المثلى وتوفر الأدوات اللازمة.
  • القيام بالمهام ذات الصلة لتجهيز الحفارة للقطر، والتأكد من تأمين الكانتيليفر ومنصة الحفر ومعدات الحفر بشكل صحيح من قبل طاقم الحفر قبل نقل الحفارة.
  • تعزيز والحفاظ على علاقة عمل فعالة مع الأقسام الأخرى وموظفي الطرف الثالث وممثلي العميل.
  • الاستجابة لطلبات واحتياجات العميل المتعلقة بالمواد والمعدات والأفراد بعد الحصول على الموافقات الإدارية المناسبة.
  • الحفاظ على السجلات والسجلات المناسبة، وتقديم التقارير المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد وفقاً لبروتوكولات الشركة والمعايير التنظيمية.
  • إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب، بما في ذلك تقارير الحفر اليومية وتقارير حالة المعدات وتقارير الحوادث، لتوثيق أنشطة الحفر والأداء التشغيلي.

  • ضمان حصول الفريق على التدريب اللازم لأداء مهامهم بأمان وفعالية من خلال التدريب أثناء العمل والتدريب الصفي والمشاركة في تدريبات السلامة.
  • دعم والمشاركة بنشاط في برنامج ضمان الكفاءة الخاص بـ ADES للفريق.
  • تقييم أداء الفريق بشكل مستمر بناءً على ملاحظات عادلة، وتحديد مجالات التحسين، ودفع عملية ADVANCE لترسيخ ثقافة إدارة الأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من التعليم: شهادة ثانوية عامة أو مؤهل مهني / فني.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في عمليات الحفر والصيانة مع مقاولي حفر ذوي سمعة جيدة، مع سيرة مهنية تظهر وقتًا كمساعد حفار وحفار.
  • سنة واحدة على الأقل في المنصب الحالي.
  • خبرة عملية على منصات الحفر البحرية (Offshore rigs).
  • القدرة على تسلق السلالم والسلالم بانتظام.
  • القدرة على الانحناء والالتواء والوقوف بانتظام.
  • القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق تحت جميع الظروف الجوية القاسية (ضوضاء / رطوبة / برد / حرارة).
  • القدرة على العمل حتى 12 ساعة في اليوم أثناء المناوبة.
  • الشهادات وفقاً لمصفوفة تدريب ADES.
  • شهادة تحكم في البئر سارية المفعول (Well Sharp / IADC).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مستوى متوسط في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).

Job Summary

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise and control the entire drilling operations activities during the day shift, ensuring the successful completion of the well and drilling activities while liaising closely with OIM considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drilling Operations:

  • Ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and the efficiency of operations on the drill floor and other drilling operation associated areas.
  • Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity. Directs personnel towards achieving optimum job performance according to the client’s requirements.
  • Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by OIM, and that Client representative has documented in written form.
  • Consult with the OIM/Night Tool pusher and Client’s Representative regarding the progress of the Drilling program and associated operations, keeping the driller informed about the ongoing drilling program objectives and communicating any changes in plans.
  • Relieve the Driller at the Driller’s console as operational requirement demands.
  • Ensures by pre-planning that all necessary equipment is ready for the next phase of the Drilling / Workover program.
  • Assists & supervises drilling crew at the worksite at all relevant times, ensuring circulating time is sufficient and the well is stable on trips, when the BHA is being worked and whenever there is a hole problem.
  • Operates the drilling unit with strict adherence to company Drilling & Well Control manuals, by reviewing and approving all drilling related work permits.

Well Control

  • Ensure that well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements - assist in supervising well killing operations in any well control situation.
  • Plans & monitors comprehensive well control parameters to proactively identify any signs of well control issues for early detection and swift response.
  • Maintains and regularly tests well control equipment, in accordance with Company’s and Client’s requirement ensuring its readiness and effectiveness in critical situations.
  • Perform all well control calculations (i.e., mud weight increase, initial and final circulating pressures, number of strokes, etc.).

Management Of Major Emergencies

  • To be part of the installation’s Emergency Response Team as detailed in the Emergency Plan and in Company Procedures.
  • Ensure that all personnel are instructed in the procedures to be adopted in the case of an emergency.
  • Ensure that Well Control and general safety drills are held and recorded in accordance with Company requirements.

Materials Equipment

  • Assist the OIM/Night Toolpusher in ensuring the installation has sufficient stock of parts and materials to perform drilling and associated operations as per contractual requirements.
  • Ensure planned maintenance and repair of drilling equipment including draw works, mud pumps, top drive, rotary table, and BOP are completed and documented to ensure optimum condition and proper availability of required tools.

Rig Move

  • Carries out related duties to prepare the rig for towing, ensure the cantilever, rig floor and drilling equipment are correctly secured by the drilling crew prior to the rig move.

Client Management

  • Promote and maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and Client representatives.
  • Responds to client requests and needs concerning materials, equipment, and personnel after getting adequate management approval.

Reporting And Documentation

  • Maintains proper logs and records, promptly submitting required reports as per company protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily drilling reports, equipment status reports, and incident reports, to document drilling activities and operational performance.

People Management & Development

  • Provide clear instructions to their team regarding their duties, responsibilities, and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work.
  • Mentor, develop and train their team to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Identifies opportunities for skill and career advancement, works to support the professional growth of their team.
  • Ensure their team receives the necessary required training to perform their duties safely and effectively through on-the-job training, classroom training, and participation in safety drills and exercises.
  • Support, promote and actively participate in ADES’s Competency Assurance Program for their team.
  • Evaluates the performance of their team on constant and fair feedback basis, identify areas for improvement, drive ADVANCE process to formalize a performance management culture.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum education level required: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification
  • Minimum twelve (12) years of working experience in drilling and workover operations with reputable drilling contractors with a career history showing time served as an Assistant Driller and Driller.
  • Minimum one (1) year in the current position.
  • Must have working experience on Offshore rigs.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • Intermediate level in English language (written & spoken)
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Mathematical skills “adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying”, drilling practice, drilling fluids.”
  • Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, Performance shaping factors- stress and fatigue, inspecting work.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly climbing (stairs, ladders).
  • Regularly bending, twisting, and standing.
  • Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat).
  • Ability to work up to 12 hours/day during his shift.

Certifications

  • As per ADES Training Matrix.
  • Valid Well Control (Well Sharp / IADC) Certificate
