شركة Majestic International Company (التابعة لمجموعة Majestic International Group) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مساعد فني تكييف (Assistant AC Technician) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع الشركة بمنطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يعمل المساعد مع الفنيين الأقدم في تركيب وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف في المنشآت السكنية والتجارية والصناعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة الفنيين الأقدم في تشخيص مشاكل الأنظمة ومراقبة أداء المعدات.
- تنظيف واستبدال المرشحات والمكونات الداخلية لوحدات التكييف.
- تنفيذ المهام الأساسية المرتبطة بالأعمال الكهربائية والسباكة الخاصة بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC).
- المساعدة في تنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية وتوثيق الأعمال المنفذة.
- الحفاظ على تنظيم الأدوات والمواد ومناطق العمل وضمان السلامة.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بالشركة والتعليمات الفنية.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لإنجاز المهام الموكلة بكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في تشخيص مشاكل أداء أجهزة التكييف ودعم إجراءات الإصلاح.
- معرفة أساسية بالسباكة وارتباطها بأنظمة HVAC (مثل تصريف المكثفات والمواسير وخطوط المياه).
- خبرة أو تدريب في الصيانة الوقائية لوحدات التكييف (الفحص والتنظيف والخدمة المجدولة).
- فهم أساسي للكهرباء فيما يتعلق بأنظمة HVAC، بما في ذلك التعامل الآمن مع الأسلاك والقواطع وأجهزة التحكم.
- الإلمام بالممارسات البيئية والسلامة ذات الصلة، مع تفضيل المعرفة أو الشهادة المتعلقة بـ EPA.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة دبلوم مهني/تقني في HVAC أو التبريد أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضلة).
- القدرة على قراءة واتباع الأدلة الفنية وأوامر العمل وإجراءات السلامة.
- لياقة بدنية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في بيئات متنوعة (داخل/خارج، ارتفاعات، مساحات ضيقة، ودرجات حرارة مختلفة).

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant AC Technician role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Assistant AC Technician will support senior technicians with installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Daily tasks include assisting with troubleshooting system issues, monitoring equipment performance, cleaning and replacing filters and components, and performing basic electrical and plumbing-related tasks associated with HVAC work. The role involves helping with preventive maintenance schedules, documenting work performed, and ensuring tools, materials, and work areas are kept organized and safe. The Assistant AC Technician will follow company safety standards, adhere to technical guidelines, and collaborate with team members to complete assigned jobs efficiently and on time.

- Experience or training in preventive maintenance for AC units, including inspection, cleaning, and scheduled servicing.
- Foundational understanding of electricity as it relates to HVAC systems, including safe handling of wiring, breakers, and controls.
- Awareness of relevant environmental and safety practices; EPA-related knowledge or certification is an advantage.
- High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, work orders, and safety procedures.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in varied environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces, and different temperatures).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills, with a willingness to learn from senior technicians.
- Previous experience as an HVAC helper
