تفاصيل الوظيفة

يدير هذا الدور العمليات والتسليم والخدمة والنتائج لجميع أنشطة الشراكات والإحالات في الرعاية المنزلية والمختبرات والتصوير عبر قنوات الرعاية المترابطة، وذلك في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تحت مظلة المستشفى الافتراضي لدى بوبا العربية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة العمليات الشاملة لجميع أنشطة الشراكات والإحالات بما في ذلك الزيارات المنزلية السريرية والمختبرات والعلاج الطبيعي والتطعيمات والتصوير وغيرها.
  • إدارة المواعيد بكفاءة باستخدام تحليل البيانات، وتحليل بيانات المواعيد لتحديد الاتجاهات وتحسينها.
  • التعاون مع الجهات الخارجية لإجراء فحوصات الجودة، والإشراف على تسليم نتائج المختبرات ضمن مؤشرات الأداء المحددة (KPIs).
  • الحفاظ على نهج يركز على المريض في جميع الأنشطة.
  • وضع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) لقياس النتائج، وتصميم وتنفيذ خطط تنفيذ SIA.
  • تقييم وتحسين جودة الرعاية عبر جميع القنوات، وتنفيذ إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها.
  • تعزيز الشراكات للإحالات واستمرارية الرعاية، والتعاون لإيجاد حلول قائمة على البيانات.
  • أن يكون نقطة اتصال لمعالجة أي إخفاقات أو مخاوف في الخدمة وتصعيدها، والتعاون مع الفريق لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تفسير وشرح التقارير الطبية للمرضى وعائلاتهم بوضوح وتعاطف عند الضرورة.
  • التعاون مع فرق تقنية المعلومات والرقمية لتعزيز حلول الأنظمة القائمة على البيانات لخدمات المختبرات وحجوزات المختبرات المنزلية، والمساهمة في رقمنة رحلة الرعاية المنزلية باستخدام تحليل البيانات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة أو إدارة الرعاية الصحية (ويفضل درجة الماجستير).
  • خبرة تصل إلى 6 سنوات في المجال السريري.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الرعاية المنزلية أو دور قيادي مماثل.
  • فهم قوي للإرشادات والإجراءات الطبية.
  • معرفة اللوائح والامتثال في قطاع الرعاية الصحية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل.
  • القدرة على تحليل وتفسير البيانات لاتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة.
  • معرفة تنظيمات الرعاية الصحية ومتطلبات الامتثال.

Job Description

Lead the end-to-end operations, execution, delivery, service, and outcomes of all Partnership and referral activities, including, but not limited to, Home Clinical Visits, Labs, PT, Vaccinations, Imaging, etc. across all connected care channels and patient touchpoints

Appointment and Data Management

  • Efficiently schedule home visits using data analysis.
  • Analyze appointment data for trends and improvements

Quality and Result Management

  • Collaborate for quality checks with third-party providers.
  • Oversee lab result delivery within KPIs.

Patient-Centric Approach:

  • Maintain a patient-centric focus across activities

Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPIs and SLAs for outcome measurement. Design and implement SIA execution plans

Continuous Improvement:

  • Assess and improve care quality across all channels.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures.
  • Foster partnerships for referrals and care continuum
  • Collaborate for data-driven system solutions

Collaboration and Establish key performance indicators

  • Maintain a patient-centric focus throughout all activities, meeting patient needs and preferences.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and SLAs to measure signed-off outcomes and align expectations across all connected care touchpoints

Service Escalation

  • Act as a point of contact for addressing and escalating any service failures or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues

Medical Reports Explanation &Digitalization and Data-Driven Solutions

  • Interpret and explain medical reports to patients and their families clearly and compassionately when necessary
  • Collaborate with the IT and Digital Factory teams to enhance and finalize data-driven system solutions for both laboratory services and home-based lab bookings.
  • Leverage data analysis to contribute to the digitalization of the home healthcare journey, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine and Surgery , Healthcare Management ( Preferable have master degree )
  • Proven experience in home health care management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of medical Guidelines and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Up to 6 years clinical experience is required
