Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh and involves close collaboration with leadership and team members across the organization. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies and procedures, and coordinating performance management and employee development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and oversee compensation, benefits, and attendance processes. The role also includes driving HR projects such as engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, HR analytics, and process improvements to support a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Skills in HR planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational development to support business growth.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, HR data reporting, and using metrics to inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech, e-commerce, or fast-paced growth environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
